Fraudsters!!! I still haven't received any response on my paid Order #186827 dated September 22, 2023, neither the shipping number, nor the parcel itself, nor the return of my payment for the goods!
And now their website doesn’t work either!!!

If I could give a minus review, I would.
I ordered an item from this company via OnBuy.com.
I have never received the item and although OnBuy says they have a OnBuy Protection Guarantee, they have now changed their email address and I can no longer get hold of them. In my opinion both companies are fraudulent.

Please be aware Don't by from DJ lngerie. They only take your money but do not deliver.
I purgaced for 180 pounds and I am not getting any goods. Still waiting for goods to arrive. This company is stealing money and need to bee stopped.

Unfortunately, my experience is the same as all the other customers, please do not purchase from them, I don't know how they are allowed to trade, I was able to get a refund as I paid through Paypal. Once I had placed my order, no further information was provided by DJ Lingerie as to where my order was and they did not contact me following my complaint.

I paid £65 for am item. I got a fake tracking code and the item never arrived. It is theft!

AVOID! I should have read the reviews. I paid for a thermal vest but a month later it hadn’t arrived and despite me contacting the company multiple times they never responded.

Don't even attempt to order from these disgusting people, seems they just want to take your money and not deliver the goods, They will not get back to you if you message/email them a disgrace, read all the reviews, I am compiling a trading standards case on them.

I have been unable to contact either Fruugo or DJLingerei about my order. First order arrived about two to three weeks late. Loved the bra so ordered two more. Supposed to have been shipped but tracker does not work. Delivery date between 29 March and 11 April. Today is 26 April and still waiting. So disappointed as I cannot buy that bra in New Zealand. No email address .How do you get hold of someone

Should have read the reviews. Think I maybe one of the lucky ones tho. Ordered 3 body suits, received 2 with 1 on back order. The 2 I received are fabulous. So disappointed, 1 cause I've clearly lost a reasonable amount of money and 2 I loves the suit and waould love the 3rd. How are these people still in business???

On 17/10/22 I ordered lingerie on Fruugo which was to be supplied by DJ Lingerie in the UK. The item has never arrived. I have never received confirmation of dispatch or a tracking number. I have messaged Fruugo twice on their site in November with no response until I gave bad feedback on this site. Fruugo asked I reply to their email confirming my address which I tried but it would not work so I emailed them separately to which I’ve not received a reply. I also e mailed DJ Lingerie on their site twice over two weeks with no reply. Disgusting service and communication. Never again! Be aware! Both are dodgy as! I want a refund!

Ordered a set for my wife and only the bra turned up. I’ve emailed 3 times and phoned and never get a response.

Yes wish I had read the reviews, before I purchased. Ordered a bikini, did receive a dispatched note, but have never received the actual bikini. (When I try and trace the package the post office doesn’t recognise the number) They never answer the phone and have sent 8 emails, but no response. Dreadful company. Do not use

Wish I had read these reviews first. I echo the reviews here that the items are shipped but never received. Same item twice. I believe the seller is filing fraudulent postal claims, and selling these items twice. Beware. Do not buy from this company

I ordered 2 bras via Amazon and only received 1 after almost 2 months. Over a month later, since receiving the first bra, I am still waiting for the second bra.

I ordered a bikini from this company at the beginning of May, after a couple of weeks I messaged them a few times as I had not received it but got no response at all. At the end of May I finally received an email saying it had been dispatched but I never received it. I have messaged several times, asking for the shipping details or for a refund but again have not had any response. I am very disappointed and would never use them again.

I placed an order with DJ Lingerie for 5 bras. The website gave clear indication of where in the system my order was and an email was received confirming status of order had been changed and goods despatched. I was concerned when reading some of the poor reviews given to this company but can only say I have been very impressed by their efficiency and level of service.

Non responsive (lack of) customer service: I am a USA customer. I purchased two (2) bras, and 5 £ shipping, UK sizing, total paid 70£. The bras don’t fit. I emailed my request —twice—for an exchange return label. No reply. My local shipping facility will charge me $35 to ship the merchandise back. My 3rd email again requests a return shipping label. It seems absurd that the return shipping charges amount to the same cost ($35) as one of the bras, which in this case leaves me WITHOUT the merchandise I attempted to buy in the first place!

I ordered via Fruugo at DJ Lingerie, Aylesbury, (they had very bad comments at Google... ), two identical bras in the same size. I received first just one piece while they don't wrote anything about the second. I wrote via fruugo, and DJ Lingerie answered the next day that the second bra is on its way. It took one-two weeks from GB to Germany, but it arrives and I'm really happy about the marketplace fruugo and the lingerie shop. Thank you so much for the quick answer. The bra from Freya was in many shops already sold out, but it was in perfect condition and fit me.
