Broken lock mechanism on back door on a weekend. Danny came out at short notice & made the door secure. New mechanism ordered & fitted that week.
Price was excellent with all work done in a professional manner. Highly recommended

DK locksmiths replaced our front door lock and fittings in a timely and professional manner. They left the area all clean and tidy too. Very reasonable price at under £100, which even included 5 pre cut keys with the locks; which would usually cost £5 each if cut by Simpsons. Cannot fault the service at all. We will definitely use this company again in future if needed for locks or glazing.

I gave him a call, he sorted out the parts, gave me a price (a lot cheaper and faster than any of the trade websites)

Came today, fitted the new locked, realigned the door, checked all the other doors for me

(I know another lock is on the way out) so arranged for another one to be fitted, next week

Anyway, he arrived earl, he did a great job, door fully secured now (no charge for checking the other doors)

I required the urgent use of a locksmith and was impressed by Danny's great reviews and high ratings. And now I see why, so i'll provide another one. He expertly fixed the door locks quickly, neatly, with a smile on his face and for a good price too. He turned my nightmare day around, and I highly recommend him.

Great experience in all aspects - speed, customer service, and price. It was already quite late into the evening when my son inadvertently put the wrong key in the Chubb lock and started to turn the key - it was too late when he realised to be able to get it out! Danny was able to get to us super quickly and handled everything very smoothly, professionally and with a wonderful personable manner. It would be so easy to be overcharged for such an emergency call-out, but I really felt Danny's service was exceptionally fairly priced. You're obviously in a very vulnerable situation when such an event occurs (and it's more often than not at a totally inconvenient time!), and of course added to that sense of vulnerability is the fact that it's for house security. But I really felt I was in trustworthy hands with Danny, and even more so that he did not take advantage of an unfortunate situation by overcharging. He was very kind, respectful and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend!

I can't praise this London based company highly enough. Having previously found its contact details through a charity support service working with people with Dementia/Alzheimers, our family have called on it twice to install safer, user friendly locks and key sets. I was very happy that it is extremely experienced and trusted by organisations where security and safety measures are deemed essential. As some supporting family members live outside London, the company owner's response was very obliging and treated the callouts with urgency. He made personal visits to assess the practical lock requirements in conjunction with the needs of the customer and family, engaging in reassuring, friendly and patient chat with all. He supplied several sets of keys to assist all concerned at a very reasonable cost. Its post-installation follow up calls were welcome in supporting the easiest and safest use.
I have no hesitancy in recommending this company and its owner for all manner of locks and security enhancement services/costings, and not least of all for its fast, kind and considerate approach.

Danny was an absolute pleasure to work with, very polite, friendly, honest and professional.

I was recommended to DK Locksmiths by friend, who found them on a local WhatsApp group; the person who suggested them had used them twice.

Danny was able to come and look at our back door (which we could not open) on the same day that I called him. He was then back onsite, within a week to fix the door, after ordering the part.

What was also superb about their service, was that Danny offered honest and valuable advice on the door and how long parts should be under warranty for.

This enabled me to call all the double glazing company (apparently they were not as honest with their advice!) that installed the door to obtain guidance, before going ahead with booking DK Locksmiths for the job.

I would strongly recommend DK Locksmiths if you are having issues with opening or closing doors or require new locks. 5 stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Danny replaced both Yale and Mortice locks on my front door. Very efficient and arrived early. I feel so much safer and more secure.

I reckon the police enjoyed breaking down my elderly relative's front door, after failing to discover that she was recovering in the local hospital after falling in the supermarket. But we were horrified at the boards over the door, with no idea what problems they were hiding.
Danny came round quickly, removed the boards, realigned the door and hinges and replaced the broken lock.
Excellent service at a good price - saved the door, saved us money, time and lots of anguish. What a star! Highly recommended.

A great locksmith. We needed locks changing on two properties in a hurry. He managed to got to us very quickly, while communicating all the way so we knew when he would arrive. Change locks at two houses in a flash . Very professional & slick service, I'd highly recommend.

Danny has done several jobs for us over the last few years. The most recent one was fixing the locking mechanism on our bifold doors after it got so sticky that we could not open the door. As per previous occasions, Danny was prompt to respond and managed to fix the problem quickly. Gave us some advice as well. V friendly and professional, and extremely reasonable charges.
