Never received my order. I emailed and got no response!

I ordered a doll for my daughter August 4th and have not recived it yet. No respons on my emails either.

thieves. dont shop. I purchased a blanket on august 7th. never heard for over two weeks. contacted them on Aug 20th asking where it was. Never heard back. contacted again on Aug 25th and FINALLY heard back. they created a shipping label on the 20th. I cannot wait to send it back if it ever arrives. dont by from them

Ordered an item as a bday gift for my son in early May. I have not received it. My emails to this company come back as “undeliverable”. Not sure if this company folded up. I am going to contact PayPal regarding no product for payment. Very bad experience.

Avoid avoid avoid absolute scam of a company, no response to emails and no sign of product, £50 down the drain and an unhappy boy waiting for his gift from his 98 year old great Granny!

Bought Disney Frozen dolls. Awful quality . Hair doesn’t cover scalp. Arm fell off in moments

Ordered an item on April 21, 2020 and still no confirmation or tracking number. Emailed the company twice and received the email back with the error message" no such user". Glad I didn't spend a lot of money but who has money to blow? I just want the item I ordered. As of today June 16 still no product🙁

Absolutely disgraceful this company!!! I so wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing!!! I have paid £20 for a gift for my daughter and she has been waiting for the postman excitedly every day and never arrived!! Sent 3 emails and no response and cant find a contact number or anywhere to report to!!

STAY AWAY. I purchased something over a month ago still says pending process. I've sent 3 emails no response and they also have a fake email support address. All other reviews say exactly the same. THIEVES.

THEY ARE THIEVES. Thankfully I only lost $12 dollars. Never got a confirmation email and their contact is information is bogus.

Never received. Got tracking saying it was coming from China - If I wanted a Chinese knockoff I would have bought one from ebay

Doesn't deserve one star but its the only way I can access leaving a review. Make it Minus one star! Goods despatched one month ago, but no sign of delivery. Have tried emailing but of course no response. BUYER BEWARE! Wish I'd read the reviews before spending/wasting AUD$123.

I placed an order one month ago. I received an email stating that my ordered has been processed and shipped, but I haven't received anything yet.

Stay away from this shop and don't lose your money like I did.

Ordered item for a child for Christmas, and paid £7.99 on postage. A month later and it hasn’t arrived. Three emails to the company were never responded to. Avoid!!!!!
