Bought 6 bottles of Juan Gil blue label and got instead silver label. It is imposible to get in contact with a real person at vivino. I have opened a ticket in their virtual support but nothing has happened. Contacted Andrup vin who is the sender but they cannot do anything as I bought them through vivino. Really crappy service as the bottles were a wedding present
