We have used Dameon many times, his customer service is impeccable! he's efficient, friendly, fair with quotes and knowledgable. He's an absolute legend if he could clone himself he'd have a business to rival google.

Having arrived home from Holiday on Bank Holiday Monday we had no heating or hot water. I contacted Dameon and he came out on Tuesday to assess the situation. He explored every possible avenue to resolve the situation but unfortunately the Boiler had expired. By Wednesday evening Dameon had fitted a new boiler and once again we had heating and hot water. I cannot praise this company enough, customer focused, clean and tidy, explained options and costs throughout the work required. He was also extremely polite and punctual from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

My mother had an annual gold service for a number of year's with a previous firm and one day last week the boiler went down. We spent a grand on a hive upgrade and manga clean with them and a week later the boiler and give stopped working. They said it was an electric problem and not a boiler issue and left the flat without heating or hot water and wanted to charge for their call out. Dameon came over - found and solved a problem and highlighted a long list of defects including a bodged hose fitting, ash and cobwebs in areas that should have been cleaned and serviced by the previous services. He was kind, efficient, funny and fair value. I will use him regularly going forwards.
