I needed to order 65 peephole covers for my hotel. On Amazon it was $200. DK had them for $65. DK has always saved me money.

DK Hardware is a sham company. They don't actually stock the products they say. After you place an order and they take your money, they'll email you to say that they don't actually have the item and offer a "replacement" item for much more money. This is a complete fraud, so do not waste your time or money with DK Hardware.

Ordering is very straightforward. The customer service is always professional, and they provide quick responses in the chat.

After a week I had to call to find out where my handles were. I ordered nine, you had eight in stock and were holding my order for your backorder to come in after I was told you would ship them out. Monday I asked for the eight to be shipped out and I finally got a tracking number but as of today, Wednesday, the 25th, they have not been picked up by USPS. Terrible Service!

My Item arrived missing 3 feet of it. Yikes! I have sent photos to the Sales department...

Never again. I ordered a product on March 11th, it is now the evening of March 24th. I literally had to call and ask where my item was to even prompt them to package the product 7 days after purchase. They charge your account straight away, but drag their feet producing. Terrible

I think this company has fraudulent practices. I ordered a set of tree pruning loppers. They sent me a replacement blade. I contacted them, sent pictures of my order which clearly describes a different product than what I received, I sent them pictures of what I received. I gave them multiple chances to send me the correct product. They claimed their website was in error but made no effort to correct it and even sent me more marketing emails with the same loppers I ordered. I would not trust this company again.

DK was great to order from. Constant updates on the order and tracking. My order was damaged in delivery and I contacted DK immediately and the next day they had another order boxed up and on the way. The USPS is now trying to deny my claim that package was damaged. It’s been a month and now they are asking for proof, lol.

I bought a drain sprayer when I received it the black attachment would not fit or stay on I would have had to tape it on to connect it to the hose. I tried to send it back. He told me I'd have to pay shipping and he'd take a 20% restoking fee for selling me junk. He sent me a picture of how the product should look mine didn't look like that. I sent him a picture of mine and he went silent. Don't buy from this Company. I have done yard work for years.
