I ordered a roof rake never came on time so i wanted to return it but cant get a return label because my wife died and need to sell the house

The quantity was incorrect. The DK site states "HAGER Part # 034346" x$ each. That SHOULD indicate that if I order part # 034346 I should get (1) of that hager part #, and when you go to the Hager site that exact part# is a standard pair of hinges. For over 50 years when I buy door hinges they come in a standard pair. DK opens the box and sells each hinge separately. This is deceptive and results in the hinges costing twice as much. They refused to correct this.

Found the part I needed, order was shipped in timely matter. All is good !!

I ordered two different lengths of the same material, but they arrived in different colors. Since DK Hardware does not provide a return label and one is not available online, I was unable to return the items because the cost of returning them exceeded their value.

Fast receipt of order.

I found DK while in the process of restoring a midcentury Drexel dresser for a customer with a very unique latch that was broken. I figured I would need to retrofit something modern in its place, but at DK I found the exact latch I needed, at an affordable price, shipped quickly. Great experience, will be back.

Arrived on time and as expected.

It took almost 2 weeks to get my item. Item was wrong when it arrived. The description of DK said it fit "all S series pumps". I called the original manufacture to confirm that their statement was incorrect. It took numerous calls and time to actually speak to customer support person. Even though the description was completely wrong, they made me pay for the return shipping. Then when they refunded me, they did not refund me the original shipping. Let me reiterate that they made the mistake by misrepresenting the product saying it fit all S series pumps. PS: When I reordered the correct part somewhere else, it arrived in 2 days vs 2 weeks, cost substantially less, and had free shipping. I do not recommend DK. Shame on them.

BEWARE — DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

They use deceptive pricing. The prices shown on their website don’t match what they actually charge. They advertise products, but what you receive may be only parts.

Today I spoke with Patrick (Customer Service) about an appliance lifter. The “discounted” price he offered was higher than the price listed on the website—even though he claimed he was giving me the maximum possible discount. When I pointed out the discrepancy, he refused to transfer me to a supervisor.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
