The suitcase has 4 wheels but won't go in a straight line. Need to tilt it and use 2 wheels

I ordered a case that proved to be faulty. Contacted sales and they sent out a replacement straight away. I would use this company again.

The speed of delivery impressed me this js because in previous experiences I’ve had with other company they have struggled to even get a small order prepped and dispatch with no rush involved and the quality of the product with such size was immaculate where in the past I’ve heard from people that larger items are more likely to be damaged if not treated right, I have to coincidentally work across the car park from the company and I have seen how u handle and store everything and it’s one of the best I’ve seen. If I ever require another travel bag I would definitely come back to this company and I have even recommended the products to family as they’re affordable compared to competitors and the quality of materials used are top notch.

Fair quality for the price, but I’m still waiting for them to send me a new zip pull to replace one that came off in the first week.

I treat the handle very carefully as square ones can malfunction (come off) compared to oval ones.

Great small warehouse with so many designs to choose from. The staff were very helpful, and I’m really happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend coming here to visit!

I bought a suitcase in May 2025, went on holiday in July 2025, the suitcase is useless when you use the expandable part, the case falls over when you let go of it, it is so frustrating, I asked DK luggage for a refund and they said no!!! the reason being that the 30 day window had passed!! how stupid is that!! DO NOT BUY FROM DK LUGGAGE!!

Amazing customer service, reply back to emails promptly answered all my queries. I paid for next day delivery and it came as expected, just in time for my holiday! High quality products, I would highly recommend!

This case wheels along nicely and looks string as i havent used it yet. Not like Flight knight that have 4 wheels buy wont roll on 4 there crap.

I ordered a 32" Extra Large Lightweight suitcase from DK LONDON LUGGAGE, from Amazon, through my girlfriend, as I don't have an Amazon account, the suitcase itself is ok, but one of the zipper handles to pull the zipper is missing, I rang DK LONDON LUGGAGE, to request a replacement, zipper handle, but the chap I spoke to seemed a bit vague, as if he didn't know what I was on about, but in the end, he said he would send one out to me, so I will give it a couple of days, and see if he does, hopefully I will receive the replacement zipper handle, if not I will be writing another review.

I have bought a DK Luggage Laptop Roller Case twice and they both broke after 11 months of light usage.

I typically only used them 2 or 3 times a month. In both cases it was the plastic handle that broke. After the first time I gave them the benefit of doubt and ordered another one. This time I was careful not to lift the bag by the telescopic handle when carry a heavy load. The second one breaking in exactly the same way was proof that their product is crap.

All zips broken within one year and the wheels falling apart. Sent emails to the company as there is a one year manufacturers warranty, but they never answer the phone or answer any emails. Awful!

Impossible to return the item or get someone to guide me to do it on the DK luggage end

Rubbish product and rubbish customer service. Bought a suitcase and the handle came off the first time it was used. Asked for a refund, as I'd already bought a replacement out of necessity, but was only offered a repair. Pointless, considering the poor quality in the first place. Unfriendly responses to queries and even wanted me to pay the cost of sending it back for repair. Absolute joke, steer well clear
