Super disappointed as this was a very special gift, something I'd hoped she could wear for many years to come as a reminder of her wedding day.

Bought my sister a tennis bracelet as a wedding present to wear on the big day.

Unfortunately one of the claws came loose and a stone has fallen out but because it was purchased at a sample sale, it comes with no guarantee and they've offered no resolution.

Super disappointed as this was a very special gift, something I'd hoped she could wear for many years to come as a reminder of her wedding day.

I can see that others have left reviews to the same effect, regarding the stones in the tennis bracelet so it seems this is a common and known fault - it's a huge shame that because it was purchased at a slightly discounted price, that's not recognised.

I've always recommended D Louise for their longevity but this has definitely put me off.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. My bracelet had broken accidentally, and I was gutted because it’s gorgeous, but they are sending me a brand new one free of charge. The team is so helpful and very responsive. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Amazing customer experience

Amazing customer experience, I had an issue with my bracelet and Jecyl immediately solved my issue, and sent me a new one - no questions asked - they keep the product warranty promise.

Although I was disappointed that item I purchased broke after only 2 wears the customer service team was great. Very easy to contact via WhatsApp, quick to respond and the made it right by immediately shipping me a replacement.

Fabulous jewellery,fabulous service!

The jewellery range is fabulous, looks good and from placing my order to delivering my items only took a few days.
When there was a problem with one piece, it was resolved within 24 hours and the customer service team couldn't have been more helpful!!

DO NOT BUY!!!!

I’ve had three tennis bracelets (one purchase and two replacements) from D Louise, each one has broken in the same way - the claws around the stones break off and the stones fall out.

As a result, I do not want another replacement as the manufacturing processes are clearly inadequate and a replacement will inevitably break in a couple of months. D Louise won’t give me a refund though, they only offer a voucher - a voucher that I’ll never use as their products are rubbish!

Fab customer service!

There was a little problem with a necklace but I contacted D Louise rather than trying to sort it myself and their customer service was utterly brilliant. Sent a new replacement out that day. I contacted them on a Sunday too and didn’t expect a reply until Monday!!

Very impressed!

Fast delivery, gorgeous packaging boxes and storage pouches.
Had a slight issue with one of my items - no problem - Used WhatsApp and was responded to within minutes with a resolution. Fantastic customer service!

Tarnish in a year

Anyone else wears their bracelet everyday and has tarnished in a year ?
Bought it in 2024 - I take it off once in a while - but mostly keep it on and the colour seems to have faded.

Outstanding customer service

I have ordered many pieces from D Louise and love them all. I had an issue with a couple of bracelets and upon contacting customer service was able to get a response right away. And then a resolution very quickly. They are helpful and stand behind their products 100%, exactly as they promise. I’m extremely pleased with this company and highly recommend!

Beautiful good quality jewellery with excellent customer service.

I found this company after spending ages researching good quality gold plated jewellery.
I love the story behind the brand, the prices are excellent, the choice is extensive and the gold colour is perfect.
The packaging is very luxurious and the order was delivered quicker than anticipated.
Their customer service is excellent, they are very responsive, I had a small issue over postage costs but this was rectified immediately.
I will definitely be a returning customer, thank you 😊
