Stellt sich tot bei Reklamation

Ich dachte in diesem Shop ein Schnappchen mit einem Sonnensegel zu machen, dass ca. 10 Euro gekostet hat. Als es kam war ich aber recht entäuscht. Laut Beschreibung sollte das Sonnensegel 2x3 Meter haben, genauso groß wie mein Balkon.

Das gelieferte Sonnensegel war aber in der Länge Breite gut 50 cm kürzer. Insgesamt wurden statt 6m2 nur 4m2 meines Balkons beschattet.

Ich habe das Problem umgehend dem Support geschildert mit meinem Wunsch nach Umtausch. Auf die Antwort warte ich noch heute
