I’m ordering from Norway and this shop is in Germany , with choosing the best shipping option it takes max 48 hours to get the package. I love this shop. Absolutely the best one I’ve found.
DM Toys has failed to deliver and order that was paid for in advance. They simply refuse to take action to find and execute the order. It is now three weeks. The parcel has not moved in 17 days , the courier company asks DM for information every day but no action is taken.
The company has not got or refuses access to a complaints procedure or any form of redress.
My advice is to avoid this company as when deliveries go wrong they simply do not care.
