DMA Yachting were amazing from start to finish. John helped us source 2 luxury yachts for 20 guests, within our budget. He provided hands on support throughout the entire process and was invaluable in managing the intricacies of a tandem charter and liaising between two captains and teams of crew.
John went above and beyond, providing valuable knowledge of Croatia, even recommending and securing restaurant bookings for our large party.
On board, our group had a truly wonderful experience, and John was able to navigate our specific requirements across both vessels.
We would highly recommend DMA yachting and will use again in the future.

Sarah Klische did an amazing job
Sarah Klische did an amazing job. We had a bit of a scare when our Yacht was cancelled a few days before but then Sarah came to the rescue with even a better Yacht at no additional charge! She negotiated a beautiful yacht and even donated her commission to make it work. We couldn't have had a better experience.

Yacht Charter of Tiny Wave with Nadja Asmus
As the primary contact responsible for arranging my boss’s cruise along the Côte d'Azur, I reached out to DMA Yachting through an online search. I had booked charters previously, but I was only moderately satisfied with the broker we used two years ago, so I decided to look for a new one. I was very glad to be connected with Nadja Asmus.
Nadja was extremely patient when the cruise dates changed at least twice, each time starting over to find a perfect match that fit my boss’s requirements. Once the dates were finally fixed, she narrowed the options to the top yachts, and my boss chose Tiny Wave. I felt that Nadja carefully noted my boss’s specific requests and worked hard to meet those expectations. Although Nadja had no direct control over Tiny Wave and its crew, the cruise turned out to be the best my boss had ever experienced. I assume DMA Yachting maintains up-to-date information on customer experiences and uses that in their yacht selections.
Nadja also helped facilitate a Zoom meeting with the Tiny Wave crew so that everyone could meet and discuss the finer details of the cruise. Everything went very smoothly. I also appreciated Nadja’s follow up closer to the cruise dates to confirm all was proceeding as planned.

Chris de Kock at DMA Yachting did a stupendous job for us. We recently completed an amazing 8 day charter in Croatia aboard the Aurum Sky. Chris diligently guided us through the entire process. His advice for the time frame to the yacht itself was perfect. Everything involved, pricing, payment process, airport transfers, etc was clearly explained and expertly done. Chris de Kock is excellent
I worked with Chris de Kock to plan our Virgin Islands crewed charter in April 2025. Chris was fantastic to work with! He had a wealth of information to share and was able to answer my many (many!) questions. When he didn't know the answer, he would reach out to the boat's manager to get the answers for me.
Chris also added a lot of value with his input on things I may not have thought about. My experience working with Chris for our April 2025 trip was great, so I'm now working with him again to plan our 2026 crewed charter.
I highly recommend working with Chris de Kock.
As for the Virgin Islands crewed charter we did in April 2025… it was fantastic!
The Koru catamaran was perfect for what we wanted. It was in great shape and met all of our needs and expectations. We’d gladly go on another trip on the Koru.
Joran was a great Captain! He did a lot of research to find the best places to take us to snorkel. He had a great personality for the trip. He was also clearly very responsible and took safety seriously. We can’t imagine a better Captain.
Casey was an amazing chef. She created wonderful dishes for every meal. Her food was fantastic, and her presentation of the food and dining table was also wonderful. It was like being at a fancy restaurant for every meal. It was definitely a culinary experience.
Together, they made a great team and took care of everything on our trip. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Cyclades Hopes Dashed
We had hoped to go to the Cyclades - something we expressed from the get-go to the company months before our trip. However, the yacht we rented didn’t have stabilizers so was never able to go to that area in either July or August (according to the captain) due to the annual winds. If the company had informed us of this in advance, we would have selected a different boat - one that would’ve been able to navigate the rougher waters. So we had to stick to the small islands off the mainlan.
We also wish we had known that you needed a special Greek license to use the jet skis - we had specifically chosen the Lady Rina because it had two jet skis. While the captain agreed to let us use one of the jet skis midway through the trip, this was only after much back-and-forth between us and the company and us and the captain.
Despite these challenges, we managed to have a good time; the staff was wonderful and the chef was excellent.

you have not had a 5* charter and that's below the mark we aim for.
Stabilizers are for comfort not safety. Your charter did not get to the Cyclades because Meltemi was blowing 30kn-40kn during your dates - Gale conditions, Beaufort Force 8. Waves 4-7m. http://bit.ly/4lLsiuX.
We have control of the charter itinerary up to the point where safety is involved. Once that wind threshold of ca 15kn is crossed, it's very wise to take captain's recommendation. It's a shame that your charter overlapped with peak Meltemi this year, the unpredictability being a part from sea faring. We absolutely share your dream of a Santorini sunset and 100% understand, it's disappointing.
Jetski licences - we create a lot of content on this (https://www.youtube.com/shorts/ycnr_7xEZzM), the situation has drastically escalated this year and the recognition of international licenses is somehow problematic this summer. We start confirming jetski requirements with each boat individually (jetski was not an issue previous years). We're happy that you communicated this and we were able to successfully argue your eligibility, albeit not to our full satisfaction.
We're looking to improve. Some of the above could have been avoided if there was a 3 way call pre-charter among the You, Captain, and the Broker. This would allow us to confirm that everyone understands the expectations and priorities.
We routinely do them for charters over $50k, as the boats below are just too busy and often don't fit us in. In the future, we're pledging to initiate 3 way calls for all charters.

A week in Mallorca
My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic week on a yacht arranged by John Boullin at DMA Yachting in Mallorca. It was our first ever charter, and we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect yacht and crew. We stayed aboard Raoul W, crewed by Johnny and Steffie, who were absolutely amazing.
