I appreciate being able to order DME…

I appreciate being able to order DME online when needed quickly. I had to call to find out status of our order after no communication in over a week. The owner promptly called back and gave me the information. I was unconvinced by the manufacturer requiring a signature for a wheelchair cushion delivery.

The ROHO cushion cover I order met all the specifications to fit my cushion. It good to know your dealing with a company that gets it right the first time. The online ordering process was a breeze. Their prices for the covers was lower than many of their competitors.

Can’t give you a zeeo

I was sent this link to review satisfaction of a recent purchase. Weeks after payment, and receiving a paid notification. I’ve not been provided with a tracking number, or notice of shipping…and not a surprise! I’m here now package.

Nothing.

The only reason there is a one star rating is because you can’t give a zero.

Thank you, David, for your valuable customer feedback. Our records indicate that your order was shipped on Feb 18th and a shipping notification email was sent to you on that day. According to the latest tracking details, the package is scheduled for delivery on Monday, Feb 24th. It appears there was a delay with the shipment due to a severe winter storm where the order fulfillment center is located. Also, Monday Feb 17th was a postal holiday causing further delay.

Why couldn't I edit my order?

My experience was good, not great. This is the second time I've used DME and I've appreciated your service. On this second purchase, however, I made an oversight. I ordered 2 inner tubes late at night - put in all my info and everything went smoothly. But only minutes later I realized I needed a tool to help me get the tire off and on the rim. Your site had a small, light, plastic tool for around $6. Had I purchased that within the first order, I'm sure it would've been included within the same standard $10 shipping fee. Unfortunately there was no way to edit my first order to include this small plastic piece. This was literally minutes later and long before the order was even processed. (Again, this was after hours.) As such, if I were to buy this small plastic piece, it would've been another $10 - which is more than the piece itself. I refused to do that. Because it was after hours, there was no one to assist me. There was a place to write an email seeking assistance - I did write a note - however, no one responded, and the inner tubes were sent by themselves with no further notice. Again, the initial oversight was mine, but I would've thought there was a way to edit, or delete the order and start over before the order was even processed. I looked for this, but didn't see that option.
