They charge you, never send product, never issue refund

Ordered 10 bottles of Rugby Niacinamide. Paid for them with CC. Never received my order, contacted the company, few weeks later, they informed me they could not ship to a PO Box. I replied to their email to refund my purchase price, since they never mailed me my purchase, NOR did they, or their website, say ANYTHING about not being able to ship to PO Boxes. I informed them I'd made my purchase from a different company. Had to contact my CC as I've YET to receive refund from them. Ordered on February 6,2026, requested refund middle of March or so, it's now April 18th, still no refund.
