Awful company

Awful company, purchased shoes via amazon storefront, returned using return label, tracking states company is not at this address. They are not returning my email enquiries via amazon.
Currently no shoes and no refund after 20 days and Amazon dragging their heels with their A-Z refund despite 3 calls to chase. Avoid

No customer service

Purchased via Amazon website. Order delivered promptly but returned the item as was not suitable. Over 2 weeks and 3 messages later, no refund and no communication. Taken up a claim through Amazon who will ensure the refund, but shouldn't have been necessary. Disappointing.

Good communication & customer service

I enquired about a pair of shoes & dispatch times as I’d of like them by a certain date(what would be 4 working days from ordering). I had a polite reply within 10/15 minutes saying they could indeed try but couldn’t guarantee delivery within my timeframe.

I went ahead & ordered anyway on the chance I would get lucky, Sol kept me up to date each day with the journey of my shoes from the USA, to DMS then finally to me. it became apparent that customs would slowdown the delivery & once this was realised I was right away ask if I’d like to cancel my order & be refunded as it would be past my desired delivery date. I said I’d still like to continue with my order & Sol apologised for the delay(even though it was beyond anyones control) & guaranteed they would be sent via next day delivery once in their possession. I received notification of dispatch & my shoes did indeed arrive the next day. all in all they were only one working day later than I requested & are beautiful shoes!

I would have no issues recommending this company to anyone, they went beyond expectations to try & deliver to my requests & kept me in the loop the whole way

It's a great online shop and delivery ain't that long

(Germany) I love this online shop, it has everything you want in it. I just wish the Irish shops would be the same but they ain't. I brought a pair of trainers in an Irish sports direct shop and they hurt my heels. When I buy them on your website they don't hurt at all. Will buy more stuff in the summer time.

No communication, easy to feel like they've scammed you until the product arrives.

As others have said, the company has zero customer service. I ordered some boots and they arrived, but due to sizing I immediately sent them back requesting the same thing but in a different size. The post service confirmed that the package has been received and signed for, but DMS Sportsworld, despite their FAQs section saying "You will be contacted through our returns department via email notifying you of any progress made", I haven't heard anything in days, despite reaching out to them 4 times now. They do not pick up the phone and haven't emailed any acknowledgement that they have received the return.

Update: the replacement pair arrived, so I've changed my review to 2 stars, as they at least did the job even though they kept me entirely in the dark about it.

Faulty boots

I ordered a pair of boots and they arrived ok, worn them once and realised there was a fault. I contacted them using their website message service. I didn't hear anything after 2 weeks so sent again now 3 weeks passed and still not heard anything. Very bad customer service.

No service, order at own risk

(Netherlands:) Received goods after twelve days as described and well packed, but failed to contact the company when the shipping took up to seven days. Neither I received the track & trace code during the shipping process. Let's say, order at own risk...

Delivered as predicted and very good service. I am very happy with the quick help I received regarding a broken shoe (warranty). Thank you again ! I will definitely come back.

Changed review

No goods, money taken, only one email about order taken, then nothing.
EDIT: Goods arrived a month later and in good quality. I would give three stars just because of the lack of communication, otherwise DMS Sportsworld looks like a trustworthy shop.
