Absolutely disgusting service
I care for my 84 year old dad and had to buy a new car 4 months ago and I took out a warranty n my car which is great . DMS signed up to the scheme and I found them on my list of garages to undertake work for me as I needed a new coil pack , spark plugs and a thermostat . They gave the car back to me without fixing all of my issues after charging me a small fortune initially . I asked them on 2 occasions before collecting my car to check they had fixed all the issues . They said yes but they didn’t and now I’m faced with taking my car back to another garage to finish fixing my car as it’s a very important part of my job . When I questioned them they said the computer didn’t show any fault what they really meant is they couldn’t be bothered and didn’t put a diagnostic on my car as I gave them all the information from rac breakdown the night before as they did use diagnostics . Totally incompetent garage who clearly take your money and don’t even care . I would never take my car back here again and will also be complaining to the warranty group . I have now found a great mechanic who’s honest and very diligent in his work . These guys are absolute sharks . I emailed them back and they couldn’t even be bothered what a joke of a company . But I shouldn’t be surprised as the lady on reception was awful customer service too .
