Placed an order for 20kg of boilie and 2 pots of wafters. The wafters were so buoyant with cork that they could be used as pop ups. When I brought this to DNAs attention I was told to cut the wafters down until they passed as wafters.I gave them this information for their benefit.Bad product and customer relations from a company I will not use again.
Thank you for your reply which is a bit worrying from a bait manufacturer.I note that you say you have tested the same batch of wafter and they perform as expected.When you put your wafters in the lake they float and you think this is right?
A wafter should sink slowly and move with the water movement on the bottom of the lake without any tackle attached.

Thanks for your review John. As we are legally required to do so, we keep samples of every product we produce at DNA. We carried out tests on the very same batch and experienced no problems with the buoyancy at all. We can only put this down to a difference in rig components. It is impossible to make a wafter that suits everybody we're afraid and I'm sorry that this one doesn't suit you. Good luck with your fishing in the future.

well to start, i placed my order online and yes paid online as well, not one to normally do this. i got my said order through very quick, happy to see it all came in a box, very well packed. ive given the pop ups and wafter a go, glad to say think they are coming with me on my next trip to france. and ive been watching a few videos on the lake we are fishing next year, think ill be ordering more gear to take over from parker baits.
