My experiences with DNA Diagnostics Center has been nothing but excellent. They are exceptional with customer care, timing and saved me some money.
Very important in these times.

Fast and easy! I was so impressed with how easy this was. I loved how I got an email when the samples arrived to them and had my results in a couple of days! So nice not to have to take 4 dogs to the vet too!

I recently did a prenatal paternity test through DDC. They took the alleged fathers buccal sample and my blood sample. The results came back how I wanted them to, he was 99.9% not excluded as the biological father. I was so happy but I’m worried. The results were supposed to be run twice but I got my results back quickly WITHIN 2 DAYS of sending in the samples, so I feel like just because it was a “personal knowledge” test and I didn’t provide our names or want any legal reasoning, my test was rushed or made up. I’ll find out when it’s born I guess.

I did not get what I call a full panel. I did not get Merle results.

Friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff.

Technician was very informative and pleasant to speak to.

I am amazed at the incredibly short turn around time DDC is able to give offer in getting test results back to their customers once they have received the DNA samples. In addition, they give absolutely fabulous customer service each and every time I call them with a question. Thank you, DDC!

I recently did the non-invasive paternity test. I have reached out via email & fb messenger also called a few times after reviewing my results just for reassurance that they are indeed correct. They are always kind and reassuring that yes my results are 100% accurate and that I will not need to retest after birth. I am due soon and can only hope that the test is as accurate as they say. Overall my experience with the company has been good. From the testing setup to my non-stop questions after my results, they’ve always been kind and understanding. I will try to remember to update for other mommies after I have my son 🤞🏼 But honestly don’t see why the results would be any different. Thank you DDC!
