Great service

Melanie was great at explaining everything in detail and ensuring we understood every part of the process, I wasn’t left with a question unanswered. She also made us very comfortable and was great with my toddler. Thank you for the great service.

Had a strand test done by Pado today…

Had a strand test done by Pado today and honestly such a lovely experience. He made me feel really comfortable from the start, and we had such a good chat which made the whole thing feel easy and relaxed. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knows what he’s doing.
