Solar PV installation
The installation of the solar panels was carried out without any problem. By the end of the install we were up and running & able to monitor our solar PV on our phones. The guys were polite & cleaned up after themselves. All in all a good install. We can thoroughly recommend this company.

Dishonest.
This is clearly a company using customers money in a Ponzi style funding scheme, and I wonder whether they even still exist. Do not give them your money, they don’t register deposits as they should with HIES, clearly using the funds to support their own lifestyles rather than the business. Avoid at all costs, as once they have your money, you will likely never hear from them again.

Where to start
Nathan and his team did a great job installing the system but the inverter failed 3 times. Nathan has had to replace the inverter but that is between him and the supplier and not the end user.
We have been without solar since February. Their communication skills are terrible. I have tried assisting with Solax to get this resolved. Which they have been more helpful than dnk renewables themselves.
Shane is in china and Nathan is in Doncaster!!
They don’t reply to emails or text or calls. This problems has cost us thousands in energy usage etc.
Nathan has lost but we are possibly 12k out of pocket
This is ridiculous. I am a patient person but this takes the mick.
Now he just ignores us.
If you want piece of mind or after support then don’t use them.
Least communicate and make an effort!!!

Excellent Company!
We had several quotes for Solar PV system and battery storage from different company's. We are happy that we disided to choose DNK Renewables. The installation team Reese and Jordan worked well from start to finish. Where very professional, very neat and tidy work, no mess. The customer service team Delroy, Bradley, Diamond have been fantastic too. The paper work followed quickly after instalation. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Well done DNK Renewables!
