This morning, the car we rented in Edinburgh wouldn't start and we were in the Highlands. I called for assistance, and they sent John from David Noble Recovery; he was excellent. It was a very serious issue, but with great professionalism and skill, he managed to identify the problem after several attempts. So, a heartfelt thank you to John—from Laura and Nicole.
I was near the start of a 2hr journey when I noticed a loud squeaking from my rear left wheel; I pulled in at Killin and my brake disc was red hot.
I walked along to David Noble Recovery (without calling ahead) and asked if they could help. John and Billy were very friendly, stopped what they were in the middle of and got my car up on the ramp immediately.
I was back on the road within 30 minutes and at a very fair price.
I cant thank John & Billy enough - they were incredibly helpful, friendly and got the job done without any fuss.
