It seems that when it saw itself at the height of glory, it started manufacturing some rubbish products, namely for the SPA platform from Volvo. The intercooler radiator is made in jest, the thermal pipe from the radiator has no bead roll, the hose is sucked out under pressure without hesitation, the hoses are poorly sized. The quality is deplorable, and the support is full of ignorance

DO88 products came well recommended on the GR Yaris forums but I'm disappointed with their attitude regarding the poor finish/quality control of the product. They think it's acceptable to send out a dented intercooler and it shouldn't be replaced because in their words it still functions as it should, also tried blaming damage in transit but no damage to packing and it was clearly coated/anodised black after the damage as that is not damaged/scratched and someone even put a nice little DO88 badge where the dent is, laughable really.

A customer paying for a new product should receive one looking like so.

Doesn't quite match up with their statement of high quality and excellent customer service as stated on their website.

I'm Lucky I ordered with a supplier not with DO88 direct who agreed to order a replacement. The replacement also had a small dent on one of the bars, as above, clearly not high quality but not as much of an issue as the first one. I won't be recommending DO88 mainly due to the response taking 0 accountability.

If you are thinking of ordering from this company, don't hesitate. These people are really down to earth and love what they do, true passion. I have made 2 large orders from here, incredibly fast delivery. Can't recommend them enough. 5/5

Shabby product finishing, zero after-sales service, It's a shame we can't put pictures so that customers know what they're going to get.

VERY GOOD PRODUCTS AND VERY GOOD COMUNICATION

I ordered a performance intercooler for a Volvo XC60 from Do88, in the process I also asked if a custom paint job would be possible (if they could paint a silver intercooler black). This was considered no problem. Shipping was fast and email contact was personal.

When the parcel arrived at my house, the package was damaged due to the shipping company. The intercooler inside the package was also dent and damaged. After I communicated this to Do88 via email, they sent me a new intercooler without hesitation. As expected, this intercooler arrived undamaged.

I would definitely recommend others to buy products from Do88.
