I purchased a pair of riding boots on behalf of my wife on-line from this company for 33% less than I could get them locally. Ordering was straightforward and as certain sizes were missing from the list I got the impression that what was listed was actually in stock. The order arrived within 3 days with no errors, however having tried them on my wife felt that an alternative fit would be more comfortable, and after contacting the company the boots were returned for exchange. True to their word Doagh dispatched the alternative immediately on receipt of the returned item and it was received 2 days later, this time fitting perfectly. Overall we were very impressed with both value and customer service and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
