Scam. I don’t understand how they have a 1.9 rating when this says 100% 1* reviews.
Anyway, I’m sure if it allowed 0* then the majority of reviews would give that rating.
My 81-year-old mother has been conned by these scammers. Very similar story to other reviews.
Chose them because they claimed to be UK based.
Product received from China, completely different to the one ordered.
Company says she must pay for the return to China.
Awful. Avoid like the plague.

SCAM. Ordered 2 jumpers. Took nearly a month to arrive. I also got duped by the professional looking website, but they are absolutely not based in Birmingham. I reached out by email to question why it was taking so long to send something from Birmingham to Manchester and got told that it was on it's way and they would reach out to the courier to get a more accurate location. Next thing I know the tracker says it's going through customs at the airport meaning they were fully ready to have me believe it was a UK based company. Clothing is poor quality and covered in Chinese labels. Smells musty like it's been sat in a warehouse for years. Do not fall for the scam.

Complete waste of money.
Very poor quality and disaster customer service.

Complete scam. Avoid like the plague. The website might look genuine but in reality seems to have been cloned from another Dutch site. Any products ordered will either not arrive or, if they do they will look nothing at all like what you ordered. You’ll then get into a never ending loop where you’ll be asked to pay for the return - until (the site owners hope) you’ll give up and accept you’ve been duped.

There’s a lesson for us all here: don’t buy articles that you’ve seen advertised on Instagram!

This is a total scam. I agree with the other reviews and wish I'd checked them before ordering. but I fell for the professional looking site and promises. I received two jumpers that were nothing like the pictures. Poor quality and smaller than expected. When I requested a refund they told me they just offered a 30% discount on anything else. needless to say I didn't want anything else. I would therefore need to return the item to China at my own cost. Because I had two items I looked on Parcels2Go and while it was a loss it was worth it s I would get a refund of sorts. Of course they won't refund me if the delivery wasn't successful, and it was really difficult getting the exact address for return from customer services. The parcel is still going through customs (after over a month) so I still don't know if the return will be successful. Definitely a company to avoid.

They are not "a family run shop in Birmingham". The website is a total AI generated fake. They're items are shipped from China and are very poor quality (mine also smelt of petrol when it arrived). The only way to get a full refund is to pay for the shipping yourself back to China. Do not shop here. Waste of your time, money and very bad for the environment.

Awful company who delivered a jacket that was nothing like the one photographed and when we asked to return it instead of being in the uk as advertised they demanded that we pay to return it to China so beware of these conmen or women

my jumper looked NOTHING like the picture - the colours were off, the material was cheap. Dobbs Corner are not from Birmigham either! They are Chinese and to return orders you will have to pay for tracked delivery (£20). This is not worth it at all. Fortunately they offer 50% refunds if youre a first time customer, where you can keep the item. But do not buy from this shop!

This is a total scam. I received a blouse that bore little resemblance to the photo online, made from the cheapest of fabric, sized completely incorrectly. When I requested a refund they told me they had been out of stock in store and had to order from their Chinese warehouse. Consequently, I would need to return the item to that warehouse, at my own cost, which was almost equivalent to the value of the blouse. Alternatively, I could keep the item and get a 30% discount on my next purchase!! Astonishing!! They kept reassuring me if their desire to provide an excellent customer experience while completely ignoring my increasingly vigorous complaints.
Definitely a company to avoid.

Cannot agree more with the reviews on here! Disgraceful customer service… send it back to china at my cost! Really poor quality item (dress)- not as the picture and definitely not sized correctly. At a cost of £40 I was expecting a nice summer dress but received the cheapest tatt of a dress🤬

Item low quality and sizing is incorrect. Unable to get a response from the company to return the item. No contact telephone number on website. Item was shipped from overseas. Don't believe this shop actually exists

This company is a scam with a convincing website. My item came and looked nothing like the image. No tag, bad quality and impossible to return. The website said the company is based in Birmingham but it is actually based in china. Returns are impossible and instead of letting me return my he item they recommended that I keep the item for my convenience!! Never heard the like. Fake images of real store fronts and employees. I will scrupulously check return policies from now on.
