I not only received exactly what I ordered, the company previously answered a question I had about the item within 24 hours, it was shipped out right after I bought it, and the packaging was amazing! First Class Customer Service
I was a bit nervous having bought some Off-White socks online and then needing to return them, having never heard of the business before, but I had absolutely no reason to be.
The customer service was first class from start to finish. I dealt with Serena and she was amazing. She arranged pickup of the item to be returned from my house in the UK, that very day, with no fuss. I was refunded what was owed within a week once they had received the item back.
Even though I needed to return the socks because they weren't my style, I will 100% be using them again. They have great luxury products at really competitive prices.
