Available integrations can add customer, payment and booking context to the same workspace. AI assistance uses approved articles and documents to prepare replies. Operators can review the sources, edit the draft and approve it before sending. AI replies require approval by default. Teams can also configure controlled automatic answers for routine questions or handle every reply manually. Uncertain and sensitive requests require a person. DobroDesk can use its own knowledge content. An external knowledge integration is optional.
