Marcus and his team were extremely helpful when valuing my jewellery and offered an excellent price for my gold anklet. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. I felt well looked after from start to finish and appreciated their honest approach and expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend Marcus and his team to anyone looking to sell or have their jewellery valued.

I went in for 2 things, I needed a new clasp on a broken necklace and it was fixed whilst I waited. The second was some old and some broken jewellery that I wanted to get valued. I was extremely happy with the valuation and the funds were transferred before I even left the shop.
Highly recommended.

We had a number of watches that we did not wear any more, along with an amount of jewellery. I decided to take them to The Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham to sell.
Had a good walk around, and decided on 3 Jewellers that I would approach re selling. I only asked the how much they would give me for the watches,
and when I decided who I would use, I would then ask the about the jewellery.
At the end of seeing all 3, I decided that I did not feel comfortable with anything they said, nor the price that they offered. Therefore did not give them the chance with the jewellery.
After speaking to a friend, who told me about someone he had used, I approached The Jewellery Centre Trentham, on the A34. What a difference in attitude between them and the others in Birmingham.
Down to earth, no bull, straight forward talk about the watches, which I knew to be true. Having decided he was who I would deal with re the watches, I gave him the jewellery to quote me on. I had weighed the jewellery and had some Idea what to expect. I had a total figure in mind that I thought he would offer, and a top figure that I would like. I received 10% more than my top figure.
The Trentham Jewellery Centre is a great local, family business that I am happy to deal with at any time in the future.

I Took my engagement ring in to these guys for stabilisers to stop it spinning and im really pleased with it! I thought i needed it re sized but there knowledge is great and they recommended to try the stabilisers & im really pleased i did. Quick turn around was fab to! Went to theses guys yesterday to sell some gold coins that had been left us by our mum to pay for her funeral.
was sadly ripped off by a well known company who target her in buying 6 box sets of coins and when we spoke to the company about buying back theses coins they refused
So we found Dobson fine jewellery online after hearing fantastic reviews about them we went to see if they could help us.
A lovely young man who served us Went through everything and offered us a fantastic price for the coins we couldn't be more happier with the offer now we can give our mum a proper send off with some left over

Absolutely fantastic Jewellers!
Went to Trentham Jewellery Centre in November 2024 as myself and my Husband wanted our Wedding rings redesigning and adding my late Father- in -Laws Wedding ring and my Mother- in -Laws earrings to my husbands ring and 2 rings my late Nan had bought myself to my wedding ring.
Having never taken my wedding ring off in all my 30 years of married life we were extremely nervous to say the least as these were priceless to us.
When we met Marcus and explained what we wanted, he instantly knew how important this was to us and totally reassured us.
Well our rings came back nearly 3 weeks later and there are no words to describe how blown away we were.
I have since taken my Wedding ring, Engagement ring and Eternity ring back to be resized as they were a little big (totally on my part) and have collected them today...
They couldn't be more perfect!!
I will be forever grateful for your kindness, compassion and amazing professionalism.
