I’ve been lied to!

I’ve been lied to!! After I submitted my information my treatment plan turn around was the next day. I was super excited to go to the pharmacy to get my prescriptions and start my treatment. Unfortunately, the prescriptions weren’t there so I reached out to the doctor to send them again. The doctor and her team said they sent over the prescriptions and personally called, talked to a pharmacist, and confirmed they were ready to be picked up. I went to the pharmacy and again they had nothing on file. They even checked their entire pharmacy system and nothing. I confirmed that neither of the prescriptions were ever attached to my account, let alone picked up, like I was informed by the doctor’s staff multiple times through email. I was lied to and ripped off! I know that the prescriptions were never to sent over, the pharmacist never confirmed they were there and it’s literally impossible for them to be picked up since they were never on my account to begin with. Total scam. Save your money!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience do not go to them. Made a submission on June 20th and have not heard back but i did get an email to review their service that I never received. I have been contacting them for 2 weeks only to be ignored and gas light. I spoke to a doctor from the company and was told he would look into my case and get customer service on it within 24 hours as it had been 10 days since I made a submission. I heard nothing back and have been emailing them only to be ignored. It is now day 15 since I submitted. I have been ignored stay away after multiple attempts and spoke to a live person stay away and don’t be scammed.

Dermatologist was quick and thoughtful

After I accepted the recommended physician, I was asked to leave photographs and a description of my issue. Within 24 hours the doctor had reviewed my information and asked me for more pictures to clarify his understanding of my dermatological concerns. He called me and we had a nice, thorough conversation at the 24 hour mark from when I initially submitted photographs. I had a treatment plan and a prescription waiting at the pharmacy by the next morning. 10/10 would recommend for ease of use and because the dermatologist was pretty awesome.

No contact from DocBright

I paid, submitted pictures, received a receipt of payment and have been waiting FOUR business days, excluding the weekend, for follow up from DocBright. They say they will get back to you in 24 hours. I have emailed twice, which they say is the fastest way to reach them, but no response. I have called but you get an automated message and then the system hangs up with no ability to connect to a person or leave a message. I have texted and guess what? NO RESPONSE!!! If I can't get treatment then just refund my money! What a scam! I do not recommend.

Edit 4/20: I had checked my spam folder several times over several days and there was no report. When I finally received a response on 4/19, I was told I would get my report ASAP. If ASAP means almost 9 hours later, my version of ASAP is different. The next most disappointing thing is that I was referred to go see a dermatologist in person because they couldn't decide if I had condition A or B. However, I did mention that I had previously been diagnosed with condition A but apparently previous diagnosis doesn't matter. I also do not feel that the physician actually read my comments on my condition otherwise it would be pretty clear that combined with a previous diagnosis and my signs and symptoms, it would be condition A. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to put this together and, I believe that as a current healthcare provider working in an ER, this is just poor. Again, would not recommend, just glad I will hopefully be refunded. When my refund actually comes through, I will post.

horrible customer service

I did the full payment almost 2 weeks ago and heard back from their customer service. I emailed asking about if/what I need to finish in order to get my recommendation and I haven’t heard back from anyone. 2 emails and a few phone calls saying to email them and nothing. I really wanted to give this company a chance, but not hearing from them after reaching out multiple times is frustrating when I just wanted to get some help.

Terrible customer service

This company has the tagline of “within 24 hours” for physician and customer service responses, but that is not true. I submitted my full payment and photos, but I did not receive a treatment plan until 4 days later. I also have not received one response at all from customer service. I’ve sent emails asking questions, but I have not received any answers (even with checking my spam folder as well many times). I’ve even tried calling their customer service number multiple times, but literally every time I’ve called the automated message system says there are no agents available to help. No one has called back after I left a voice message either. I tried to give this company ample chances, but I feel like the within 24 hours is false advertising. I would love to discuss getting a refund but I can’t even reach one person, so now I am out $59. I would avoid this company to save yourself more stress.

Simple to use

Very simple submission process. I uploaded some photos and a dermatologist created a treatment plan and prescribed some medications. Since this is medical care your outcome may vary, but the customer service aspect has been excellent so far.

Convenient and extremely helpful

For ppl with Dermatology needs but can't go in to the doctors office, I definitely recommend DocBright. Just send some pictures and a dermatologist will get in contact with u and diagnose u. They even write prescriptions if needed. And it's only 59 bucks. I will definitely use this again in the future.
