I have to say if I could give Dr Mendel 10000000 star review i would, he is such a compassionate and caring Dr. he really helped me during an emergency situation and the way he helped me was stellar. He is now my new Dermatologist and will remain to be.

My initial submission did not go through due to a technical error, so I reached out to the customer support and was helped very quickly. I was also provided a refund and a free resubmission! Shout out Jared in customer support, he's a dawg.

It was a great experience up to the time of credit card submission. It did not follow credit card standards of not showing only the last four card numbers on the form. It shows the full 16 digits, the expiration date, the name, and the security code on the back. Nothing is hidden! I felt like my information was totally exposed. I only went through with it because it said it would process right away, but I still don't know where that form went or how and for how long it will be stored. This is a violation of some law for sure. If anything happens with my credit card, I am definitely reporting this experience. This is against online ecommerce laws and standards. Very stressful and upsetting. If ANYTHING HAPPENS I'll tell Visa about this website. I did read some good reviews so I'm hoping for the best.

One Friday, I found an abnormal (to me) looking mole that frightened me because my father had melanoma. I called local skin Dr's who did not respond that day, so I searched for an online Dr to take a look and found DocBright. The experience could not have been easier, quicker, or more affordable. Once I registered and submitted my images, I heard back within 24 hours from my assigned Dr who was very knowledgable, kind, and reassuring as to how my mole was presenting. OK, so I was most definitely skeptical using Docbright. I was afraid to be scammed. However, I was so pleasantly surprised I can’t explain it.
