Unacceptable Product Delivery and Lack of Customer Service Response
I am writing to express my profound disappointment and serious concerns regarding a recent order from this company. I have placed 14 orders on your site, but my most recent experience has been completely unacceptable.
One of the items, a medical device for respiratory health, arrived in an opened and clearly used condition. Given the nature of this product and its direct impact on health, receiving a pre-used item is not only unhygienic but also a serious health risk.
Consequently, we immediately initiated a return request for this product. Over the past 10 days, we have sent a total of 8 separate emails to your customer service department regarding this return. To date, we have received absolutely no response. This complete lack of communication is highly unprofessional and deeply concerning, especially when dealing with a health-related product.
Due to the critical nature of this medical device and the complete disregard for our inquiries, we are prepared to escalate this matter further.
We sincerely hope for a swift and positive resolution. We expect a response within the next 48 hours. If we do not receive a satisfactory reply within this timeframe, we will be forced to hand over this case to our corporate legal team for further action.
