Delivery 2 more days after the maximum…

Delivery 2 more days after the maximum day annouced (goods not receveived, so far).
The goods were vital to take it on travel, but due to the later delivery, it doesn´t work at all for me.

Bottle broken

One of the two bottles of Liver-kidney from ORGANIC INDIA was broken and all capsules spread in the box. You should pay more attention on the wrapping.

Delivery has been suspended

I filled in all the details correctly and my address had the door number!!! I just received a message saying that the delivery has been suspended because the number didn't have a door number! Read it, it's there! 131!!
Now they're asking me to fill in a new form and pay another €2!! Unbelievable!

Terrible delivery and support experience

My first experience hasn't been great with them. I placed 5 different orders on the same day with 5 different providers.
The only one I have not yet received is the order from Doc Morris.
I contacted them on their support chat, spoke to a real assistant who said they are going to help and I should get my delivery soon.
A week later and no difference, tracking shows it has still not been delivered I don't know why.
Definitely won't order from here again.
