I paid for expedited shipping and after a month of no response or follow up from customer success, I finally got someone on the phone to refund me the shipping fee. They then said it would be another month before my product shipped even though if I originally ordered with standard shipping, it should’ve already arrived. Customer success kept sending me emails that were likely copy and pasted from a template. The tracking information did not work. We finally got the product months later and the ceramic is pulling the fixture out of the wall. There are no instructions for install. We are making it work because after this shit show of a process to just receive the product, I cannot imagine what returning it would look like. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
Re their response: what they are again ignoring, is how the product has not arrived in the window we paid for with expedited shipping. I understand how refunds work and I’m not dumb. 4 weeks and no tracking information is not in line with the 1-2 week promise from expedited shipping. Please stop gaslighting people and only acknowledging aspects of a dispute that you feel comfortable responding to. Accountability is cool.

I had the exact experience the May 2025 reviewer had. Ordered a light. Arrived 3 months later. Didn't work. Took 2 months for them to send me a replacement part even though they claim to be located in Maryland. By this time I was at a new address and they had to resend the replacement part *and charged me for shipping!!*. No discount on the light for the hassle either. So I spent $150 on a fancy light 5-6 months ago that still doesn't work. The pro is it really is a cool light, if it worked!

Was sent a faulty chandelier, which is so cheaply made and overpriced. Overpayed for shipping. Got no help for replacement and they sent us parts that are taking over 2 months to receive. Customer service never answers. The worst. We own restaurants and will never use again

Purchased Feb 7, and did not hear anything for weeks so reached out to get an update, as it was supposed to arrive by then. They said their warehouse in China was backed up. I had to follow-up multiple times, finally after 3 months i received a light. This light is the most terrible quality of any light fixture i have ever received. The actual light pendant is larger than the measurement listed on the website by 4 inches (diameter). The weight of the pendant cannot be supported by the swing arm. The metal of the arm that supports the light fixture bends at the weight of the light. We had to place a support under the light once it was installed because the metal is too weak to support the weight of the pendant. This is the worst quality light i have ever seen. No instructions, no branding, just a box with the light fixture. It took months, the company makes it appear they are in the US and they are not, the quality is horrendous and unusable.

I ordered the Naytto Chandelier and Suki chandelier. These were not inexpensive items. I took a chance and made the order only after reading their return policy, which promised that, while the buyer is responsible for return shipping, returns can be sent to a North American address.
Delivery took a little over two months--fine. However, upon unboxing the light fixtures I was dismayed to see that the quality was so cheap that I would be ashamed to have these fixtures in my home. The fabric border around the edges of the petals on the Naytto is cheap synthetic ribbon that looks as if it is hot-glued on. The Naytto mount is made of cheap and flimsy plastic. The pleated shades on the Suki are a dreadful plastic with a cheap-looking sheen and very visible, sloppy stitching.
I requested a return, well within the return window, and asked customer service to provide a North American return address. This is where things really went sour. I am not sure that I at any point was corresponding with a real human rather than AI. The representative--a rotating cast of "Rachel," "Hazelle," and "Abby"--disregarded any mention I made of the North American return address and insisted robotically that I have to ship my return to their factory in Asia. They kept repeating this over the course of at least five emails, with seemingly no memory of the content of our previous emails. They did a whole runaround demanding that I take photos of the "quality issues," and when I went through this tedious process, they reverted to insisting that the return must be shipped back to Asia. First they offered me a 10% discount, then 25%, then 35%, then 45%, to shut me up, but never at any point did any of these "representatives" make any acknowledgement of or apology for their claim, on their returns page, that they offer returns to a North American address. Then they reverted to insisting that I must ship these returns to their factory in Guangdong, China.
I am now stuck with $519 worth of shoddy, wretched, unusable fixtures.

They sell counterfeits. False products disguised as real ones. They steal images from other vendors and mask them as theirs. Nowhere on their website does it say or specify that their items aren’t real.

I was sent a faulty lamp where the light fixture was bent and crooked which meant the light bulb would not screw in straight and rubbed against the lamp shade. After contacting customer service they repeatedly asked for me to fix the issue myself (they directed me to Amazon to purchase some repair pieces) and claimed that there was no quality issues so I should be happy to just fix this and not have to send it back. This is ridiculous.

I wanted to replace the light over my cooktop, and I'm glad I chose this one. It doesn't emit as much heat as my old fixture, which is a huge relief. Installation too two people, and shortening the cables was a bit tricky, but overall, it works great.

I had ordered an expensive light from overseas, but it didn't fit US homes, and I had to return it. I found this light on Docos, and it's much better value! It's larger, brighter, and better designed. I love it.

I purchased a few lights- both of which came damaged in different ways. I had purchased the 100% worry free purchase plan yet they still did not refund me.
One of the lights had a broken pendant so they offered me 20% off as if that fixed the broken light.
For the other light- the wire was actually broken and their solution was to send me wires to rewire it myself.
I never got a refund even after purchasing the plan- very very bad business.

This reading light is adjustable, bright for reading or dim for relaxation. It's sturdy and looks great - exactly what I needed. Very happy with it!

I bought a pair for my bedroom, and they're beautiful! They're lightweight yet have a high-end look. One shade has a small imperfection, but it's barely noticeable. Overall, I'm really happy with them!

Lamp is different than what is advertised.
Shape, size, and overall appearance not what I purchased. Looks like a cheaper version.

I don't trust this company one bit. I ordered a lamp on 2/5/2025. Their site stated that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to ship. However they're supposedly located at 1111 Sulphur Spring Rd. #113 Halethorpe MD 21227. When I called their phone number: 713-489-9509, received a voicemail greeting. I left two messages and received no reply phone calls.
When I contacted them via their Shopify site, I received a reply (probably AI generated) that the processing of my order was delayed due to a holiday closure.
Since then I've read a couple bad reviews about DOCOS on this site and several more bad reviews on reddit. Some customers citing the same excuse (holiday closure) for slow delivery.
I then researched them with the Better Business Bureau in MD which stated they weren't registered because they've been in business for less than 6 months.
Because of this research, I have communicated back to them, through their Shopify site requesting to cancel my order (my product hasn't shipped yet).
If they don't cancel my order and refund my money immediately, I will report them as a scam to my credit card company, the BBB in MD, the Consumer Protections Bureau of the United States Federal Trade Commission (this company is actually based in China) and Shopify.com. I will also report Shopify.com for providing services to scam organizations.

They sell fake products. Took 2 months to receive my order and when I received my Akari lamp it was in Chinese and completely fake.

They sent me the wrong color it took month and a half to arrive, when I contacted them they said we can refund 10% of your purchase or send us another $150 for an item.
This company is scam be ware!!!!!!!

Similar to the other 1 star reviews that are being drowned out by what looks like fake reviews, I believe this is a scam.
Bought a light over 3 weeks ago and paid for expedited arrival within 1-2 weeks. It hasn’t budged from “label created” in the tracking system.
Was excited but maybe too good to be true. Will report to my credit card company.

A floor lamp arrived in several pieces, it would take an electrician to assemble the wires. We paid $5.95 for worry free returns, which they refused. Between the poor customer service and unusable item that arrived from China, do not waist your money
