The company claims to be in central London but appears to be in China. When trying to return trousers that were smaller than described for refund cannot get a return address from them, they initially suggested I should give them away as a gift and can have a 10% discount to purchase a larger pair from their site. I promptly declined so they came back to me with the suggestion that I should give them away or sell them and they would offer a 10% refund.
Obviously no way they’re going to accept a return.
