We ordered at the beginning of March and product finally arrived today. These were for my husband and the sizes are WAY off. I know I wouldn’t be able to get my money back especially after a 4+ month shipping so my 13 year old is going to wear them. Yes, that’s how far off in size they are; an adult that has a 34” waist to the 130 pound 13 year old.

I ordered 2 pants in total $59.90 on April 5,2020 through PayPal with credit card, up till today July 20,2020 nowhere can be found, i asked for tracking information and courier information which they said they have been contacted, they refused to handover any of them. i asked for refund, they said they have to charge me $9 for shipping which my purchase was free shipping. i requested a prove of the charges, of course nothing. our emails are still back and forth,last email they said they offered me back 30% of it for delay compensation but I have to stop to leave feedback, I insist which from the beginning, full refund.
i opened an dispute file at credit card dispute center, now I have to wait until August for decision.
I will fight for my rights and I will never give up.
this is the most ridiculous experience I've ever had for online shopping.

2020-7-21 update: they offered 40% refund in the next day.

2020-07-24 update: they sent me the same untraceable tracking number, I said I'm going to report as commercial fraud and scam.

2020-08-03 update: pants arrived finally on July 29, quality were bad, not as described on ads, like the others reviewers said like normal fabrics, cannot extend as the ads shown, can't even band the knees. my package sender was from NY, im in NJ, took 4 months from China for delivery!? or they resent from NY for shutting my mouth? will give away those pants, waste money and time. extremely bad service. 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎

Three month delivery, absolutely terrible sizing, poor construction and stitching. An absolute waste of your time and resources.

Same story. DO NOT order anything from these guys. Poor quality, wrong sizes, super long delivery times, no return policy other than not reponding to emails and avoiding your issues and concerns. They seem to think a 5.00 credit will resolve a poor fitting 100.00 purchase. They will wait you out with preselected email responses until you finally give up.

Ordered 5 items in early April. Still have not arrived. Company will not refund money. I've put in a fraud request with Visa

I'm amazed that this fraudulent, Chinese operation still solisits business.

Please do not order from them and if for some reason you have, contact the fraud division of whichever credit card company you use as most will refund your money.

They will not deliver. I used PayPal and they cannot get a credit card number from them so my loss is restricted to the order placed by me.

I ordered twice, separate orders. Both turned up in a reasonable time as I'm in the UK (prior to COVID). only issue is with the advert for waterproof trousers, waterproofing lasts for about 30 seconds!

Items which were ordered and paid in full have never been received after several months. Docoshop refuses to refund. Reported for international China fraud.

I ordered the items in early April 2020 and it's still haven't received it. I inquired to see where it is and they don't know. They keep saying covid this...covid that. I understand that there will be delays but almost three months? There's got to be a way to hold these people accountable.

What can we say guys we got scammed. Should’ve checked the reviews before hand. There’s 120 dollars I’ll never see again....5 month wait and I give up. Lesson learned.

It should be NEGATIVE STAR,it took 4months to get my order, i understand theres gonna be delay because of the pandemic,but 4months!? And the quality of their product is trash, DO NOT BUY from this STORE!

Scam they will take your money and you get defective merchandise in return. NOT a trustworthy store

Complete scam! I ordered a pair of pants and paid the extra $10 for faster delivery, it's June and I ordered them in March..... still no pants. I've gone back and forth with them over email, first my shipping number was invalid, then they wanted to send me $5 for the delay... this was April, after that towards the end of May they said $3 delay compensation. I didn't take any compensation at all told them not to worry about it. It's June and still NOTHING!!! Save yourself some time and money and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

Ordered some pants and a belt, it was cheap. 2 months later they came in, pants are too small and belt is nowhere near the description. Contacted them about returns, I was basically told it would cost me too much money in shipping fees to exchange them so I should just give them to a family member, a friend or sell them. Don't waste your time or your money.

I ordered two pair of pants, a jacket and belt in early April, I finally received a jack that was not what I ordered and it was cheap and couldn't fit in it. Never go a response on the rest of my order. Learned my lesson, don't deal with the Chinese.

I order the pants back on 4/13/2020. It was difficult to track since the tracking number they give you is for some overseas company and when you go in to track the package they require a lot of personal information so I never did it. However, I did email the company and they would respond within 24 hours and provide and update. It took forever to get to my house in Florida. I received it the 1st week in June. I figured the delay had to do with the whole Covid stuff but it seems a lot of people had issues with a long delivery time based on the info in this review page.
When we first order the pants we thought it was going to be a vendor within the USA so we order 2 medium 1 small and one XXL(for my dad). We are keeping the medium ones even though one is a bit smaller which we notice it had different tags. It must me from different manufactures. So we are trying to return the small one and the XXL but they are telling us that is going to cost $20 to return. Here is the email from them:

"We would like to show our sincere apology for this issue. If you would like to return the unit, we will provide you with the return address. But please kindly understand that our return policy is that the buyer need to pay the return shipping fee. And it always cost more than 20 USD. Besides, as we need to issue refund to you when we receive the return unit which will take more than 20 working days. We recommend that keep the item and you can give it to your friends as gift.Thanks.

We ship according to your order, please check
You are welcome to place an order with a suitable size again and we will give you an exclusive 15%discount."

My respond to them:

"So I bought 4 pants for $89.85. So each pant came up to $22.46. So now you are telling me to basically throw away $44.93 and go back and buy two more pants are 15% which would be $25.46/pant(regular price $29.95). So pay you MORE money to get the same product that I already bought. This is Ridiculous.

So I really end up paying $95.22 for two pair of pants when I initially paid $89.85 for four pants."

It is not the money that bothers me is the whole system. It is just frustrating to deal with this issue. When I order something I want to have the option of trying it on and it if does not fit the way I like, I should be able to return it within a specific period and get my money back or replace it for another size.

I will NOT ORDER from them again. I will do my best to avoid Chinese companies since it makes it so hard to return and get refunds. It is a frustration I do not need. I wish I had read all of these reviews before placed the order. Hope this helps someone.

It's been almost two months since I ordered and nothing. I didn't realize this was coming from China. I will never order anything that's not American made again. Going to reverse payment with my bank. I wish I had seen these reviews first. This is why we should never order from China.

Obviously, we were all caught in this scam. Same story - waited nine weeks. The package was in this country for five weeks before it came to me? I used their size chart and gave my self a bit of extra room in ordering. I can get into most pants size 36 if a bit generous in cut. Their extra large size may be 34 and the thighs laughable - would be snug on a spindly teen.

I have demanded a refund. I am likely to get nothing. The quality is like 80's parachute pant material but cheaper. No way does it reflect the quality shown in their advertising.

Absolutely deceptive, a scam, horrible service, such a waste of time. Worthless company peddling grossly inferior goods as a superior product.

Finally received the pants I ordered April 9, 2020! Seemed to take forever & yes, I did start thinking it was a scam. However, they were shipped from overseas. This always take longer anyway & with Covid-19, these shipments are taking longer. Can't really hold that against them.

The pants themselves seem good...I ordered for husband & son, not myself. My son likes them and has mentioned ordering more himself. Hubby hasn't tried them yet. They both made comments about how many pockets there are. Quality seems good. Son normally wears a 34 waist, so I opted for the large (34-36) & they fit well.
