I was searching for an AI note taker

I was searching for an AI note taker, as I was not sure I wanted to stick with granola.ai. Cue offered a 3 day trial, so I thought I had clicked on it to do so, and went to use it 5 minutes later on my next business call. It is not equipped for what I wanted, so I went to cancel the trial. I didn't need 3 days and did not want to forget to cancel. Anyways--it told me I purchased the app. I did not purchase it, I clicked the button for the trial. Regardless, I immediately asked for a refund Apple denied it, of course, as that is all automated too. 99.00 for nothing. The people at Cue volunteered to figure out what happened, but would not refund me either. And so what would be the point of them figuring out a glitch in their system if there is no refund for me? Honestly, I started cancelling all sorts of apps on Apple and I let Cue know I would post here. 99.00 is not a free trial.
