I paid for 2 days shipping, and still have not receiving my order a week later. What is going on?

I ordered on 12/27 and never heard back, when I called and left a message, the next day someone and said they have ordered from factory and will be receiving it by 01/08,
I wish I knew this, I could order it from other places without shipping cost and received it by now.

I this was the first time I have used this site to order my medical supplies. After reading reviews I decided to order from here rather than another site. I was able to find the supplies I needed and they were affordable. The shipping I thought was a little high, but didn't have to waste my time and gas searching around town for what I needed, and i had my supplies within a week and was pleased with the order. The prices beat other distributors! This helps lower the overhead for private practices and helps a ton! The shipping is great and the customer service is the best! We switched almost all of our supply ordering to them a couple months ago and they were beyond helpful in comparing products with us!!!!

I had a difficult time ordering the verruca freeze. I received an email that it was ordered and the thank you for the order and then got an email saying it was cancelled or didn't go through. I didn't see a convenient way to put in my medical license or DEA number either, to show I am a physician (MD), ordering this and not the public. If I remember, I put it in one of the blank spaces that was part of the order, but there wasn't a place specifically asking me for it. SO....it hasn't arrived yet, and I really didn't/don't know if it is coming. I'm going on vacation and figured I'd check if it was here when I got back and then contact docsavings.com, if necessary.

I wasn’t really sure about this micro spacer, but I have found it does work, seams to get all the medicine where it should go not all over inside my mouth. Would highly recommend.
