Intuitive app
I find a doctor appointment in any day and in all specialties much faster than without using this app. It is intuitive to navigate and I can find easily English speaking doctors.

Easy to use
Easy to use. Great to find doctors matching your language needs. Very efficient booking system with the option for activating notice of available earlier appointments.

Even though many doctors were available…
Even though many doctors were available for first time consultations, they only activated “specific” services, so I spent about 30 mins going through the doctors to find at least one that had Fist time patient availability for a normal consultation. More filters needed in order for you to get to your customer objective faster.

Booking appointments has never been easier
This system is so quick and easy to use, very user friendly and always sends reminders which is very helpful when managing appointments for myself and my children. Even cancelling appointments is super easy.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever. You have to book an appointment 4 months in advance and doctors have the power to just cancel it without any consequences just a few days before it was planned and so You have to book another appointment that is gonna be in 4 months and you cannot report the doctor or complain to the service. In Berlin, it’s the only way to book appointments but it’s horrible.

Very bad website
Very bad website. I have booked appointments 3 months before. Unfortunately all my appointments are cancelled by Doctolib and the account was also deleted. I neither received a mail regarding the deletion of my appointments and accounts.

It's impossible to find doctors and…
It's impossible to find doctors and specialists in the public health insurers. The app shows only private clinics in the results despite the correct filtering. In the end we use the app to book an appointment by phone. This is very disappointing.

All appointments are offered by the respective practices and doctors themselves; the practices also decide alone about the preferred insurance type of patients.
