They bombard you with spam emails to play… but it’s been a year since they first told me my withdrawal would be paid out.

Absolute scam!

This casino has just paid my £1650 withdrawal. Had to send a few emails and it also got cancelled once and returned to my account but finally it was paid in full this morning. I now have another £1050 withdrawal pending so let’s see how this goes.

Don't use them it is a scam . Can't withdraw if u have visa only Mastercard. Happily take money from Visa tho. Never reply to emails .

Absolutely disgusting. I deposited £300 out of stupidity without reading the reviews. Shocking casino, don't waste your money. I asked to close my account and am awaiting a email back from Amelia 😂😂. Going by these reviews I'm not going to get a reply!!

Ive been waiting for my deposit to go into the game for over 12 hrs,, and there still saying I got to wait.. scammmmmm

I got them the break character!!! For over two months I have been waiting for a withdrawal, which of course will never be paid. I go on chat every day to ask about it. Of course I get fed the same lies over and over and over. Examples are ‘I will raise this with the finance team’ etc etc etc. Then it goes silent again and the payment never ever comes.

I wound up the chat person so much the other day that he/she broke character and essentially admitted they were a scam casino!!

Dreadful dreadful. Watch out for Amelia. She appears to be the person behind the 'support" desk. She ignores every single email. The Dutch authorities have fined them hundreds of thousands of dollars and they still continue. Stay well away.

Ive been playing on this site a while, had small withdrawals, not more than ive funded, obviously. So now im waiting on £1800 and yes just the same as other bad reviews, it got put back in my casino account saying fraud! Wtf when ive been playing with the same bank account for weeks. This company lies a lot Amelia my account manager has stopped responding my withdrawal of £178 was canx put back into my account last month and I resubmit it and guess what they has put it back into my balance they don’t want to pay out.. I’m still waiting for my winnings. I won £100 over two weeks ago and it was put straight into my bank within 48 hours. I’ve won £600. Two weeks ago and they have still not put it into my bank account. Nobody is replying on the support and I’ve got a funny feeling. I’m not gonna get my money. I am not happy.

Every 2 weeks they cancel without any explanation or reason.

I wake up with the money back in my casino account. And I talk to them on live chat, which is an artificial intelligence chat. And they urge me to follow the process, because no matter how many times they cancel the withdrawal, you have to start from 0, and they say : you have to follow the process and wait... the last time, after 2 months, they told me this to transfer me back and still nothing so far. If you try to contact them, it is impossible. And if you talk on live chat with artificial intelligence... they will take your last withdrawal, which pushes you to do it again...
