I asked for a second opinion on xrays and MRIs and received excellent help. They were very informative, polite and helpful. I received a thorough report on my images which cleared up previous misinterpretations of them and this makes it easier for me to try to find solutions for my problems. I could even ask a follow-up question and get an explanation so that I could understand the results better. Such a relief! Highly recommend this company, and dr Gademsetty who was the doctor that reviewed my case.

Super fast, specialist review from highly qualified team
Super fast, friendly specialist mri review service.
I initially spoke to Dr Lopez, who answered the phone late on a Friday afternoon. I explained my symptoms and the challenges I was having with both NHS and private consultants (neither of whom had even looked at the mri scans I had provided). He was able to check the resolution of my mri images and forwarded them to an appropriate specialist. I had my report back first thing Monday morning.
I learned more about the diagnostic challenges for my particular symptoms in a handful of emails with Dr Lopez than I had in 8 months of grueling nhs/private consultations. As a result I was able to do some more focused research myself, based on the info Dr Lopez gave me, and although there is still quite a way to go I, at least now know the appropriate diagnostic pathway I need and what to look for in a new consultant. All of which I am extremely grateful for.

I received my report within two days
I contacted Doctorum on a Friday afternoon. By the Saturday, I had sent them my PET scan imaging and been in numerous communications with Dr. Lopez via both email and WhatsApp. To then receive Dr. Ashford's report on the Sunday, was absolutely amazing. Such fast and smooth service, which I have never experienced elsewhere in the private healthcare sector. A truly fantastic service and one that is most definitely needed, as our NHS isn't exactly known for being fast!

Great service much needed in modern medicine!
This is a much needed service, believe it or not I contacted Doctorum when my local hospital radiologist read my MRI as me having large colon, however my colon was completely removed a year ago! Concerning, what we have found over the years is radiologists seem totally unreachable. When there are clear issues with readings, you cannot speak directly to the radiologists to understand more. Also clinicians fail to give a full and accurate medical history to the radiologists, hence much is missed or dismissed! This service definitely bridges the gap somewhat. Tony was also able to go back to the radiologist with my ‘extra questions’ without hesitation. I definitely support a service like this which empowers patients to understand more about their bodies and ask questions to understand their condition. This is the modern age, yet many doctors fail to even give patients their own reports, even privately they are not routinely given without a lengthy SARs process.

I had contacted Doctorum to have some images (CT & MRI) reviewed.
I asked to have a second opinion. Tony arranged for the best consultants to do this. I eventually had two crystal clear reports explaining everything and clarifying all my questions.
Response time to questions was like lightening, absolutely fantastic communications. Without doubt 5 stars all the way. Polite, courteous and very helpful. Will use again and would recommend their services to anyone. This is how it should be and very reasonably priced. I received quick and detailed reports on my scans. Then further questions I had were all answered clearly in a timely manner

Wonderful service
From the first phone call to receipt of the overview of my NHS MRI scan, excellent service from start to finish. After waiting over 12 weeks for my scan to be reviewed by a consultant within the NHS and nothing forthcoming, I requested the scan results be sent directly to myself. This was actioned within 30 days. I sent the digital images to Doctorium and after speaking with Dr Tony, he promised that a specialist within the company would have a clinical assesment within 72hours.
I actually received the report within 48 hours. Fabulous service and I would highly recommend.

I had a very good experience recently when I wanted some reassurance and a second opinion on some CT scans.
Dr Tony Lopez made sure that they were sent through to the most appropriate specialist and I had a report back within 24 hours.

Can’t recommend this company enough. Dr Tony was amazing. I needed his opinion on a mammogram scan I’d had. He discovered that the NHS had missed a 2cms cancerous mass I had and I’m now taking the matter further. He accessed my mammogram images as I was unable to forward them to him because of my terrible digital ability and after forwarding his report to me he telephoned me from America to make sure I understand the report!!
