I am incredibly disappointed in the service I have received from Docuclipper. I originally signed up for the free trial and was charged not once during this trial but twice (their mistake). I was only able to get refunded for one charge after fighting that it was on error on their end. I then cancelled my subscription since I was forced to pay for 1 month & thought that was the end of it. Little do I find out after reviewing bank statements that I was continually charged for MONTHS after I cancelled (literally has a prompt to upgrade when I login). After contacting support I was offered zero help or refund, which they could see from my activity on the account for these months was completely inactive as I had cancelled. Not one email or invoice was sent regarding these charges that were continuing each month. How is this allowed? I am so incredibly upset by this service and unfortunately will be going elsewhere in the future for these service as I cannot trust the platform at all! I highly regret giving them ANY credit card information.

Do not waste your money on this
Do not waste your money on this. The software doesn't convert bank statements with correct dates and requires manual changes. Customer service is not help full at all and no refund is issued even if it is their fault.

Expiring Pages, Zero Refunds – $500 Wasted on DocuClipper
I signed up for DocuClipper’s $39/mo “starter” plan (120 pages). Over 11 months plus one extra $74 charge because I needed bank statements converted in a pinch... I paid about $500—yet the pages I didn’t use expired each month and can’t roll over. DocuClipper’s own policy states “no refunds for any reason” after the free trial and “unused pages do not carry forward.” Even annual plans lock you into 12 months, and cancellation just stops future renewals, not the billing commitment. For a tool that’s supposed to save money, it feels like a cash-grab: aggressive auto-renewal, zero flexibility, and no customer-friendly refund option. I’ve cancelled and moved to a pay-as-you-go OCR alternative that only charges per document actually processed. Beware before you commit—read the fine print or you’ll pay for hundreds of phantom pages like I did.

Absolute SCAM. Do not give them your credit card info
I emailed support at docuclipper.com January 25th to cancel my account. They still charged my account January 30th. I emailed them to cancel my account again Feb 24, Mar 1, and Apr 20. They still charged me $39 on Jan 30, Mar 4, and Mar 28th. They only canceled my account TODAY, Apr 25 after I have continued to email them about cancelling my account, but they still have refused to refund me for the payments charged after I requested cancellation on January 25th. They're saying their policy is no refunds after the trial, and they're ignoring the fact that I've attempted to cancel with them multiple times.

Docuclipper is a piece of rubbish
Docuclipper is a piece of rubbish. A pdf will only convert to excel what is on the front page - none of the pages that follow. It is complex and useless. I could type 100 pages faster than this piece of rubbish. AND they won't give a refund no matter what you do. ANGRY BEYOND BELIEF!

Great product
Great product. I just spent about 20 minutes in one of their competitor products Which is based in Ireland, and it was a horrendous experience. I couldn't get anything to work All I wanted was to scan some bank statements That's it, and I couldn't get it to work. Went on to DocuClipper when in three minutes I had done everything I needed to do. Great job guys and girls

Docuclipper are good without verification. For verified documents, I recommend PROOFOFSTATEMENTCOM for bank statements and paystubs. Great experience overall.
Generally a crap product
Generally a crap product that I regret ever using it,
Some Bank Statement dates were wrong,
Some Bank amounts had wrong signs.
I had to go through them line by line to check and correct them.

Wow! So let's just say Bad was Bad and Terrible was like, oh...there's a reason they won't be around long.
I'm a CEO of a software company. These guys run what we used to call the gym membership subscription strategy (GMS) or as we called it. Games with your customers.
30 days free, no customer success, hard to cancel, forget about it, email in why have I paid almost $1000 for this...and why am I so dumb.
Yup, I'm the dumb one for trying a solve a problem, their software over promises, then I get too busy or forget...and one day I'm F*cn...thats like a Grand.
