She was straight forward and honest. She offered advice clearly and easy to follow.

This is the real deal. I had to repeat video submission due to my dog sniffing in store. This is challenging due to my shorty jack russell’s nose is 2” from the floor. We trained more and passed. We are certified to fly with American who accepted without issue. ‼️🙏🐶

Good experience

It was easy to get to a human being to ask questions of. And Ashlee was very clear, courteous, and helpful in answering my questions. I came away with my questions answered and with links to help me continue getting my dog registered. I felt very pleased!

My experience was great because the course was clear, easy to follow, and very organized. I liked that the lessons were simple but still gave me everything I needed to understand how to train my dog properly. The company is doing a good job by offering helpful videos, good customer support, and step-by-step guidance that makes the process feel professional and trustworthy. Overall, it felt convenient, informative and worth it

Lauren was very helpful and informative when explaining the training programs available. Lauren arranged the first zoom meeting in a very timely manner.

Just wanted to leave a review for the man who helped me out to get my training started, Jeffery McKenzie not only was super helpful and patient with me, he is an easy going guy who has excellent customer service. Reliable and insightful, he’s the man you want if you’re looking to start the first steps to building that long time bond with your dog, because of him I definitely have confidence that DogAcademy will lead me on the correct path with my Simba, Thank you Jeffery and thank you DogAcademy!

This is a scam operation.!!!! People who are disabled and need to have their dog with them can not keep jumping through these ridiculous hoops and never get approved.
This is the worst excuse for a company to say they want to help, but in reality, just take money from people on a fixed income. I financially can't afford this, but I know I need to have my dog with me.
I'm disgusted with people scamming others that are disabled ,!

This experience was awesome, it guide you a long the way and if you have any questions they are very helpful. Courtney guide me as well, she even gave me lots of peace in this process.

I worked with Lauren Hawkins. She caught me on a tough day dealing with cancer treatment, and I am so grateful for her understanding. She got me set up with a trainer who can accommodate my needs. I'm forever thankful for her help, and so is my new puppy, George.

I had an outstanding experience with DogAcademy.com, especially with Leslie, Hunter, and Annie. I originally thought my rescue dog, Sandy, needed a three-week “bootcamp” program, but Leslie’s professionalism and compassion encouraged me to speak with Hunter before making any decisions.

Hunter spent 45 minutes on the phone with me, carefully listening to Sandy’s history and explaining the latest science in dog training. He helped me understand why sending her away for a quick fix could do more harm than good — especially for a dog who has already experienced trauma. His guidance completely changed my perspective.

Because of their honesty and expertise, I decided against the boarding program, which saved me thousands of dollars and, more importantly, protected the bond I’m building with Sandy.

Leslie and Hunter then introduced me to Annie, who was equally knowledgeable, warm, and supportive. Together, they walked me through DogAcademy’s lifetime training program, which gives Sandy and me the tools we need to grow and learn together.

I left the experience extremely impressed. They were professional, kind, genuinely caring, and clearly invested in doing what’s best for both dogs and their people.

Five stars and my sincere gratitude to Leslie, Hunter, and Annie. Sandy and I now have a thoughtful, science-based training plan for life.

Lauren did a great job on explaining my concerns helping me understand the process to train my rescue dog on basic commands. I highly recommend her.
