My order was never delivered
My order was never delivered, and it was impossible to reach customer support via phone or WhatsApp. When I finally managed to contact them, I clearly explained the situation, but I was simply told to check neighboring buildings. Moreover, their response came only after one full day.
My order consisted of frozen products, which makes the situation even more concerning. Even on the second day, they were still asking whether I had checked with my neighbors, instead of taking responsibility. I was told that if the products were found, they would be sent back to me.
Now it has been 8 days, and I still have not received any proper response or resolution. My order has not been delivered, and I am still waiting for a refund.
This level of service is unacceptable. I expect an immediate resolution and a full refund as soon as possible.
