Terrible Customer Service, in fact, non existent. I contacted them twice regarding my missing order and they never attempted to contact me back.
I ordered a fold out cardboard vase of flowers which never arrived. After I ordered, it was a few days before I received an email to say it was out for delivery. I was home all day and there was no attempt to deliver. Dogana sent me an email to say that it had arrived! We have a door camera which shows nobody at the door all day. We also have a dog who would have alerted us if someone were to walk towards our front door.
Do NOT order from this company…no order delivered, no Customer Service. Ordered 2nd Feb, email received 7th, Tracking Order number doesn’t appear to exist!

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service from this company. Ordered a jumping dog ball just before Christmas time. The ball has a nail sticking out of the ball. I sent off a photo of the damaged ball to customer service for a refund. No reply to my email. Please don't waste your money on this rubbish it cost me £20
