I bought a bed. The quality is great and my dog ​​loves it. Since then he sleeps comfortable, happy and I notice him more relaxed ❤️ I recommend them 😍

Scammers. To be avoided at all costs. Take the money with no intention of sending goods. No response to emails. I will report them if I see them advertising on Facebook again. Beware that they use many different names.

SCAM - ordered and paid for the dogbed on 1st June 21 via paypal. Last update was 14th June 21 from William Smith stating it was being held in customs. Absolute SCUMBAGS. Why are PAYPAL allowing scam artists like this to take peoples money. DISGUSTED.

Same as everyone else stories, paid with no dog bed , where is our protection against these vile people I paid 65 pound to them , is there no way of funding th and and claiming my money back .

Ordered dog bed 21 May, payment by paypal to William Smith, email updates received regarding order until 12 June, then nothing. Emails sent returned as undeliverable. Previous reviews were for last Oct/Sept. Seems like the scammer is still operating. Look out.

Very poor, as with others, money taken and no item received since July

I am utterly disgusted at the behaviour of dogbed.me - I have obviously been fooled like everyone else and have not received my items. I am so upset by this as with what is going on right now, how can people be so cruel. I was really looking forward to receiving the beds for my dogs - honestly gobsmacked 🙁

TOTAL RIP OFF!! I was fooled by them as well, I am just thankful it was only 20 odd quid. Grrr!!

Same as everyone on here, paid for a dogbed in july for it never to appear. Website no longer exists, well and truly ripped off.

Ordered July never revieved. In one reply email they told me it was with customs and I would receive it in days. Still waiting. One big con. I'm sure they're still advertising but under a new name.

ZERO STARS. DOGBED.ME total rip off. Same as everyone else ordered July few emails end of July and August then nothing. Really makes me angry. SCAMMERS plain and simple.

Item not received. A few initial email confirmations that item was on its way etc, next email that it had arrived to customs and then nothing. Ordered in July and it is now September. Something not right with this site....very disappointed as there are so many other sites selling the same item....looks like I chose the wrong site.

Just like everyone else has said. Ordered in July, initially correspondence was good with regular updates, the last advising the bed would arrive in a few days, then nothing. I've emailed twice and received nothing back. Definitely been scammed. To make it worse there was no option to pay with PayPal for that added bit of security so can't even claim my money back. I'd give zero stars if I could. The website must have been a scam with all the fab reviews on, it now doesn't exist!

Exactly the same as what others have said. Bought bed, never arrived, won't respond to emails. Feel like I've been conned.

Ordered in July, a few updates but no dog bed. Now September and they are not answering emails. No other way to contact. Stay away.

Absolute waste of time, took money quick enough, had a couple of updates other than got no response to several emails been waiting around 10weeks now not happy
