I ordered two of the same shirts, different colors. I ordered a 3XL which has a bust size of 49". I am a 42". I could not even close the shirt. Plus, the video shows a loose flowy shirt. They are none of these things. The material is stiff and it is not loose fitting. They said I could return for a refund to China! Do not order from them. I should know better than to order from companies on Facebook.

I would never buy anything from this company again. The product (from China) was cheap and the size was not accurate to what I ordered. When I contacted them to cancel my order 5 minutes after I ordered it, they told me it was shipped already and they could not cancel the order. When I received the product, I again reached out to get the return instructions and after several attempts, they finally answered with a very vague method of returning the item and the possibility that I would not receive my money back. This company is deceitful. A terrible experience!

This was my 2nd order from tjis company, and again the items and customer service were amazing. The rep I worked with on a question was very attentive and caring. She made sure I felt that they appreciated me as a customer. I will contimue to order from them, because every time their product and service is top notch!

I'm giving this a 1 star. The product is cheap but I didn't think it would be of great, perfect quality. This is from China. If people learned how to research companies there wouldn't be so many 1d1ots acting like they are surprised by the quality. Common sense can see these are knock-offs.

I have made multiple purchases from this company and I've never had a bad experience. Their communication is better than 99% of companies and their products arrive as pictured. I will be back for more purchases! To everyone leaving 1 star reviews, the description TELLS YOU THE MEASUREMENTS. if you're unsure and don't ask, that is 100% your fault. If you purchase the wrong size because you didn't take 5 minutes to read the description and measure that's your fault. Why should they pay the return shipping for your negligence?!

When I got my order it was not wha3t I had expected at all. I ordered a small blanket and its barely bigger then a pillow case. Looked totally different then the picture. I emailed them back and said how disappointed I was and so far nothing wrote back I return.

Great products! Ships from China so takes a few weeks but the quality is great and look so cute on my shihtzu! Make sure to measure your pup well to get the right sizes of each item.
So happy with my purchase and will be purchasing more!

Everything I ordered was exactly as advertised and of very good quality. Everything ordered from a year ago, is still in great shape. Two outfits were too small because their sizes in China run about two sizes smaller than ours but they told me to keep the smaller outfits and they sent me new sizes that fit without me having to pay again. Excellent customer service!

Saw negative reviews but the clothes were so cute so decided to give it a go. Arrived within 4 weeks and I was pleasantly surprised about the quality. Looks the same as in the pictures, great quality and good fit. Will definitely order more at this company, my chihuahua looks great!

I’ve read the previous reviews so I was a little skeptical but I still decided to give it a chance. Ended up ordering the “pink/black moncler” coat and it arrived in a less than 2 weeks. Will definitely be ordering from them again! Wish I could post a picture of the coat.. it looks better in person

The fit is too small, and to exchange, you’ll have to pay to ship all the way back to China which is unreasonable or their customer service will tell you to keep the wrong fit and order a new one for half price. The customer service phone does not work at all.

Its a legitimate SCAM. First I had $290 in my cart but emailed them to address two questions about the legitimacy of the photos vs. what I'll receive. They have a pop up chat which says questions will be answered immediately during biz hours or they will get back to you within 24 hrs if closed. I guess they didn't like my questions because after 4 attempts both through chat as well as to thier email address they opted to not respond . By this point I had about $690 that ended up being $290 with the 40% discount but no response, so I decided instead to buy one item at full price.

As it turns out these people are frauds, the Chanel bowl is the worse thing a Frenchie can eat from because it fans outward and franchise need to be close so their heads can tilt all the wat to the floor, its also really crappy quality and im so glad I didn't order the bed and all the 11 item I had ing my cart. Should they have just replied to my email I would have. Their Instagram is fake and all the great customer posts are all from the same 2-3 accounts, so NOT customers bu8t made up accounts.

Paypal does not side with you when buying from china, they tell you to send it back which by regular mail it will. not arrive because you cant track it and by registered mail you are paying like $70 to return one item, thats PayPals way of washing their hands of it and stick you with the china-fraud collective they know they are knowingly participating in but they make too much money with these scams. The US address is fake. Paypal should insist that if they use a US address anywhere on their online businesses that should be the address US buyers should be held to. Paypal, another crap company which I hope apple and amazon ruin like they did with their dying Ebay which now is only for frauds, bad cheap items and the occasional collectable.

If you want to know if a company or their products are legit just check if they are on amazon, there is a reason they wouldn't use amazon when their biz would blow up tremendously and its because Amazon holds them accountable.

It’s a scam, don’t order from here.
Pay good money for good people on Etsy that can create the looks for your dog you wanted.
Once I paid for my order with this business that displays a California address I received purchase confirmation through PayPal for a company in China and all in kanji.
If knew I was ordering that it would be ok, but I didn’t know until after I paid.
It’s like wish.com only worse.
The items were clearly not the same as the ones ordered, no fit of the clothes would fit any real dog. But for a stuffed toy it could.
You can return, paying shipping for items they clearly know when they send them are incorrect and going to be returned or tossed in the trash.
If my dogs name was actually Versace and I wanted it brightly displayed all over his collar it would work, but no one who orders artwork designs of Versace, wanted to instead get it spelled out like they sent us.
