Exactly the same as the last review. Placed my order for 2 coats, the money was taken straight away along with an email saying that delivery would be delayed due to them being very busy. I therefore asked for a refund as we wanted the items quickly but they refused and said that the items had already been posted! Two weeks later still nothing received. Despite several emails they just keep telling me that the items are in transit. I don't believe a word they say and I suspect that the reviews on their website are made up. I shall be seeking recompense by other means. AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETLY.

Never received item, stated as between 6-9 days for delivery, still not here 28 days later.
Comes from China which was not stated anywhere on the website when ordering.

Update:
Arrived 15th January 2022 after being ordered on 4th December 2021 with a stated 6-9 days delivery. In addition to the delayed delivery, the item itself is poor quality, its rough and cheap materials, not a nice microfiber as advertised.

I have requested return and refund, but returns label they supplied is for China and they do not reimburse postage costs, which is more than the refund would be! Many back and forth emails including requests for a UK return address and all I receive are 1-liner replies such as "we do not reimburse shipping costs" and "we don't refund without items returned" - no apologies or customer service at all!
Unethical and awful process!!
