They changed the interface to claim every 15 seconds so in about 1 hour you can get 2-3 cents worth of clicks if you solve the captchas steadily, 16 keypresses on the tab-key highlights the claim button, enter-key claims.
They paid out twice about 8 cents total on third claim it says "user blacklisted" with 3 cents and roughly one hour worth of clicks and captcha solving.
