Regarding the deposit options, these are set by the individual property managers rather than by us. In most cases, properties will only offer the option to pay a deposit when the booking is made 8 weeks or more in advance.

Easy booking process and good instructions afterwards on how to get to the properties and how to contact keyholders to arrange time of arrival etc also don't bombard you with marketing emails like some other companies

Not a holiday company, but a portal for other operators.
Be very careful when perusing this portal, for that is what this is. It is not a holiday company, but merely a portal for other holiday letting operators, some of which deserve a very low reputation. Check out who is actually managing the holiday let and the small print in any contract you enter into. We had to cut short our holiday this year when Sykes Cottages didn't resolve the issues, including a bed with broken mattress.

Could advise regarding payment a different company is involved!
Nearly had a heart attack when booking as my payment went through but the page on this site crashed. Then there wasn’t any trace of my booking until a notification from another holiday company appeared and confirmed my booking.
