I've had real good communication with Sara during the ordering process. It was my first time placing a large order for my company with Doggie-Zen and it was a bit scary to send a large sum of money over the border. But I am SO GLAD I did it. The products look amazing, the before- and aftercare is top notch. Everything could be personalised and the shipping time was just as predicted. I will be placing a 2nd order soon because some of the products have allready been sold out!

I love this store! All toys are fantastic, my dogs really love them and are high motivated in training. Material and finishing are high quality. The delivery is always very fast and all "special" wishes for colors are fulfilled.

Ordered two toys from them to Finland. Quick delivery, a bit costy toys and shipping, but the bungee chasers/tug-toys are by far instantly our puppy’s favorite toys. He doesn’t care about balls or sticks or ropes, but he would kill himself from exhaustion by playing with either of these. 10/10, worth the investment! Had held up in perfect condition so far for the first week and lot of daily usage.

I have a Japanese Spitz agility dog that is food motivated and doesn't care much for toys, especially nog at agility practice. I'm happy I discovered Doggie-Zen and their tug toys with food pockets, my dog is finally showing interest in tugging. My wallet is a little less happy, as there are so many toys to choose from, and I just want to collect them all, oops :)

Delivery time is also fast (I'm from Belgium, and so far orders have always arrived in 3-4 days). Customer service is great. I ordered a toy with a hol-ee in a particular color, which turned out to be discontinued by the manufacturer. They emailed me only a few hours after ordering, with an alternative color option. After my reply, they made and shipped the toy the same day.

I'm happy with the toys, my dog is definitely happy with the toys, and the next one is already on our wish list :)
