Terrible company! Website been taken down- no product and no reply

I ordered a dog bed still haven’t received it and guess what no response when I contacted them via email or Facebook! Have had my £50 what a rip-off company!

Payed £50 for bed in late March 2019 and still not got it by the11 March. No reply to my e.mail either. Am contacting DPD also to find out more of this company and a call to trading standards. If I do every get my bed or e.mail I will change this message.
But I do be live it's a SCAM.

Never received the bed and when questioned the company they told me I was trying to pull a fast on for a freebie!!! Awfull customer service and seem to be promoting products that are not these as there reviews are copied from another website when confronted they shut down there instagram page, Says it all really

Took my money and havent recieved the bed, ordered in november 2018 for my mother in law.
Waste of near on £50. The owners probably sat on a beach somewhere counting his cash.
Its a shame people need to do this to make somr money, i feel for you. Humanity will catch up with you.

Was refused refund for faulty product. The have no contact number so you can only contact them through email & social media. They delete any unsatisfying comments on social media to keep up a good image would never recommend them

I ordered a bed for my dog on 21st November 2018 it has still not arrived there is no contact number to contact doggy.co.uk I have sent messages through facebook which they advertise on and no reply has been sent even although today they are advertising delivery for christmas I have commented on these posts but to no avail, dont part with your money like I did to receive nothing

The personalised dog bed is super. It's well made and is exactly as described. I bought the small one as my dog is only tiny. The bed is huge - much larger than expected. This is not a problem as there now room for her hot water bottle as well.
The only downside was the delivery process. The parcel was shipped via DPD who were an absolutely undiluted nightmare - shame really because it reflected badly on the company that supplied the dog bed.
The delivery process is the reason I could only give 4 stars and not 5.
